So we went down to the front desk and the gentleman working the desk said nothing?? And just fixed them and handed them back? So thanks for fixing them but some sort of explanation wouldve been nice or assurance this wouldnt happen again since desk hours arent 24 hours and BOTH room keys were disabled? ”Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, and the neighboring room was extremely noisy with constant door slamming. Staff did nothing after we complained, so we could barely sleep. There was also no safe for valuables. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.”
