Had to call and someone was quickly able to help us get in. Other guest said they also had difficulty with it. Coffee and cold water are provided in the common area with a common fridge to use. We also had a bag with towels and chairs were available to reserve. It was a pleasant 10 min walk to downtown area. Easy parking. If you are...

”Fantastic location right in the heart of Edgartown. Beautiful views of the harbor. Rooms were clean and fresh and the common spaces and pool were great. Staff was lovely and friendly. We would stay at the Harborside again. ”
