As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability.
Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen.
Please save yourself the stress and money go anywhere else but this hotel.”

”Room wasn’t as clean as I expected. Strong chemical smell in the room but it wasn’t that clean.
Handicap parking needs to be re-striped. Hard to see where to park. Charging for parking maintenance is not being used.
Hot breakfast was not good. Coffee was good.
Front desk workers were very friendly.”

”We stay here often. Great location that is close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and movies. Not luxurious at all but nice. Minor maintenance is needed: bathroom door couldn’t close well, duck tape on the window ( holding it in place maybe?). Breakfast was ok. No eggs today which I was hoping for. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will return again as long as the rate remains low.”

”The room was dirty, the bed was unmade, the bathroom was dirty and had dirty used towels on the floor and in the shower and on the sink. The trash bin had the previous guest garbage in it and the floors were stained and dirty. I reported to two front desk clerks and the supervisor the hotel, my room was changed, but only to another dirty room and I asked to be moved to another room and I was told no other rooms were available because they were booked solid and no cleaning staff was on duty...
