”Great value for the money. Room was clean and it had easy access for semi truck, easy in and out.”

”This property is in a great location, away from the busy highway, great views, very clean. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and clean. The bathroom/shower was very clean. Staff was super helpful and recommended the adjacent Mexican restaurant which was excellent.”

”We were not allowed to check in 20 minutes early. Breakfast was okay. Bedding was mediocre.”

”The room was clean, and the manager was very helpful. Those are the positives. The breakfast lacked any protein, I had to call the manager to come to the front desk each time i needed to talk to someone, The AC was noisy and fixtures in the room old (corroded). AND the shower was out of hot water. The hotel has just been bought, and they are trying.. But they are not yet hitting the mark!”

”Despite nearby construction, my room was comfortable, quiet and well equipped. I was only there overnight but check in was quick, efficient and friendly and the cafe food was delicious and with the added bonus of a 15% discount since I was staying over. Walking distance to everything I wanted to see in town and to the Hot Springs (I went to Moccasin Springs) for which the town is aptly named and justly famous. Highly recommended!”

”Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by Michelle who assisted us with check-in and parking. Note: we are traveling in a full-sized pick up towing a 12 ft cargo trailer, approximately 35 ft in length all together. ”The room had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. It always smelled musty in the room and the airconditioner was functioning but the room remained very humid. There is an area for pets, which was convenient. The pool was fine but the bathrooms in the pool area were filthy. They clearly hadn't been cleaned in awhile and there was no hand soap. This was the situation each day so clearly it isn't done daily. The breakfast was good as well. It is very convenient to downtown Custer.”

”Room was in horrible condition, bed felt like you were laying on a board. Bedding smelt stale and like mildew. We left and didn’t even stay, could not stay in the smell. The flooring was also damaged in several places causing a trip hazard for someone in a walker like me. ”

”The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was in a great location. The breakfast was lame. There was packaged muffins, bread and a do-it-yourself waffle maker. No fruit or other varieties. No juice, only coffee or tea. We stayed 3 nights. There was no room service the until the second day when the trash was dumped, the towels picked up and the bed made.”
