Dock your boat or park your car and enjoy an expansive waterfront escape! Our brand-new guest unit offers all the amenities your family needs for a perfect staycation. No expense was spared in outfitting this space, and we’re excited to share it with you! Boat slips, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards (SUPs) are also available—just ask for details.

Whether you're passing through or seeking a serene getaway, this is your ideal destination!



The Space:

Two couples out for an adventure or a romantic getaway for one would fit perfectly in the unit. Both the master bedroom and loft have queen size beds. If you need a little extra space, or not all of your party wants to share beds, the couch and dinette both fold into single beds.



The kitchen is short of amazing, stocked for all of your culinary needs, with a full double door fridge and pull out freezer.



The stand up shower is quite large for the small space and has your basic toiletries in case you prefer to pack light.



Guest Access:

The entire unit is yours.



The Neighborhood:

Serene waterfront community, this rental sits between Casa Rio Marina and West River Yacht Club.



Getting Around:

Docking is our preferred guest arrival, however, you may park a single car (exceptions made for two). Uber drivers are usually a 10-20 min wait.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy

We offer early check-in and late check-out upon request, subject to availability.

One hour is complimentary

However, a fee applies as follows:

• Early Check-In before 3pm for an additional fee of $50 to be paid before check -in

• Late Check-Out after 12pm for an additional fee of $50 to be paid before check-out

This is a meet and greet unit because there are some basic instructions to make your stay more enjoyable.

Please note, there are plenty of towels available for your use, but we do not provide washcloths. Bring your own if necessary!

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property; if any evidence of smoking is found that requires additional cleaning or remediation, the associated costs will be charged to the responsible party.
