”Neighborhood was quiet and felt secluded yet all amenities were close by. All the beach gear (chairs, towels, cooler) made going to the beach a breeze! What a treat to have them available. We grilled out every night (highly recommend Edisto seafood right out front gate) Cooking was enjoyable with a fully stocked kitchen. ”Our family and I had an amazing time at Edisto in this house. Plenty of space and was wonderful to be able to bring our dogs. The view was gorgeous and the balcony area was a really nice place to sit out. The upstairs balcony was an ideal spot for soaking up the sun! The kitchen was well stocked which was great when cooking. Loved the overall area of the island and we just had a really nice time. ”Overall, we had a good stay. It was clean, spacious, and in a good location. We loved playing putt-putt and at the really nice playground around the corner too. Downsides were a very clogged master bathtub/ shower and a musty smell to the home. They did have air purifiers, but I'm not sure they helped a ton. Also- this is a small detail, but most homes I've stayed in have sugar, tea, or coffee supplies offered. There was nothing, but Truvia. We had already planned to bring our own coffee...

”My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage over a long weekend with our two dogs. The ground floor is roomy and very pet-friendly! It's all hardwood floors so we brought dog beds so our old dogs had a cozy spot to lay. The stairs to the 2nd floor rooms are steep and slick, and our dogs couldn't quite figure them out. So I would recommend carrying your pup up the stairs or just sleeping in the first-floor bedroom, which is very cozy. The neighborhood was a great place to walk the dogs...
