This very spacious newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for families or group of friends. The kitchen is fully stocked, so you can save money cooking meals. Never feel crammed when there's a large living room, a separate dining area, large balcony, and a very open entry way. Did we mention there's also a washer and dryer? Well... there is.

The location near the mall was excellent. The construction nearby created a small amount of confusion getting to and from the condo, but otherwise all was well. The unit was well-appointed but quite warm. The fans were welcome. We would have appreciated mirrors in the bedrooms.

Short version: Pictures do not match actual setup in the unit. There is no foosball table, different couch & coffee table in the living room, & the TV has scratches all over it. There are different sheets on beds and less pillows provided than shown. The deck is borderline unsafe to spend time on. The whole place needs a deep clean. Overall rating 4.5/10Long version:Bedrooms - 6.5/10No mirror, minimal art/character, polyester (non breathable) sheets, 2 pillow choices neither of which were great. Quite loud at night with traffic, street racing, and police/ambulance sirens. If you aren’t used to the noises of a city, this could be a major distraction. Bedside tables have no drawers.Ample storage space in closets but only 4 clothes hangers provided. Air conditioner hooked up in the larger of the 2 bedrooms, & extra fan providedBathroom - 7/10Q-tips & makeup remover pads provided. Decent soap in shower & good supply of TP. Water pressure is decent. Towel rack not secured to the wall (wall anchors are coming out of the wall) & top drawer below the sink does not openKitchen - 8/10Everything you need plus tea, coffee, whitener, & sugar provided. Bottom rack of dishwasher missing rollers which makes using it a bit difficultLiving room - 5/10Rug is visibly stained & dirty. TV is scratched. No foosball table like in the pictures. Couch is not as pictured & is quite uncomfortable to sit on.Communication - 0/10I messaged the host 3 times and never heard back

Very clean apartment right across the street from West Edmonton Mall. All of the amenities were good, the place was as nice as the pictures, and communication with Dan was great. The only flaw is that the unit as a whole is very warm, but we were really only there for breakfast and to sleep, so we weren't too bothered. We would gladly stay again!

Clean & comfortable apartment

The location was ideal and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Since it was 25 degrees it became very hot in the bedrooms so a portable AC would have been nice but for the rest we really enjoyed our stay!

Overall, a great location for the mall

Two minute walk to the WEM. Easy check in and the host is very responsive. Yhe condo might get a bit warm in the summer however the temp was perfect for us. There were fans in the rooms.

Great Location and Stay

I took my son to Edmonton from Calgary because he wanted to go to the World Waterpark located at West Edmonton Mall. The property is located across from the mall. My son enjoyed so much the time we stayed at the property and the close location to the mall was so convenience. Dan was amazing and patience with me. Provided the information I needed and went up and beyond our needs. For sure we recommend this property to anyone going to Edmonton for pleasure or business.

Weekend trip

Nice clean place looks like the pictures. Since I was in town for the west Edmonton mall with my son. We were looking forward to playing foosball but the table was broken. The a/c upstairs was nice but the downstairs was so hot it was unbearable at times. Good thing there was a couple of fans upstairs to bring down. Since we had to have the windows open due to the hot temperatures the sirens and lights from the hospital was annoying at times. Very convenient for visiting the mall.

One bedroom’s window can’t close tightly, so the outside car noise is so loud, we can’t sleep well.

We did have a little confusion with our check in process, I guess there’s more than 1 suite in the same building and we ended up face to face with other guests thinking we were double booked. However! Dan responded rather quickly and got the confusion cleared up. Once we were in our proper suite, it was clean, looks like the pictures! Was a little hot but to be expected from the weather and cooled down fairly quickly. The street we were on was a little busy but we didn’t seem to notice too much noise. In the span of 4 days I only heard sirens from hospital once. Location is great! Literally right across the street from the mall! Parking area is good too! My car wasn’t bothered while parked at the building. The neighbour with the cute tiny dog is pretty deadly too. She was very nice!! Over all our stay with Dan was great! I will definitely be booking with Dan again for my next trip to Edmonton. Especially now that I know he has a 3bdrm and 2bdrm in the same building! Lol

Perfect place to hang your hat while enjoying a trip to West Edmonton Mall. The location is spectacularly easy to get to, even with all of the construction going on in the area. Katie and Dan are quick to respond to questions, and pleasant to deal with.

WEM getaway

Clean and well appointed apartment. Convenient for west Edmonton mall. Seamless check in and checkout process. The apartment windows facing a busy street and it’s across from a hospital so road noise could be an issue for some. But otherwise the apartment had everything required for a very comfortable stay for my son and I.

Everting was very nice I opened the Washing Machine ( Loaded with mould). All bed sheets and towels are washed in there , is just gross. It is 2 story Appartement with no conditioner. It was very hot especially in the bedrooms at the second floor.

GREAT LOCATION

Great location for West Edmonton Mall. The Zoo and other places we wanted to visit were a short distance away. Good to have a park behind for dog walking and recreation. Lack of air conditioning and proximity to a major intersection (and hospital) with associated noise are negatives. But would certainly stay there again - roomy, clean. Table football was a big hit. Netflix is a bonus as well.
