Half of our ball team usually stays here for local ball tournaments at least 8 rooms booked by our team, 2-3 tournaments a summer for the last 5 years. The staff are great, rooms are clean, shuttle service for those flying in.
This time, we were all a little frustrated as the rates were all over the place for each of us, ranging from 105-150 a night for the same type of room, the ice machines were all broken, elevator was super slow, hot tub wasn't working and breakfast was so, so.
Even with these frustrations, we actually tried to rebook rooms for a tournament 2 weeks later, again 8 of us, and the rates were starting at 179.00 a night all because Morgan Wallen is performing in Edmonton. 5 years of loyal customers means nothing.
