It's okay for a short stay I guess, I've stayed here a couple of times but I probably will look elsewhere the next time we're in Edmonton. The staff were a bit much this stay... Firstly at check-in they only gave one key and it did not work.... Might seem like a mild inconvenience but it is still could have been handled better. If I was the worker I would be apologizing and would've offered a breakfast voucher or a drink. That's another thing, the breakfast is not included and they did not even try to sell it (guess it must not be that good, or my money is no good to them). Next, I had the do not disturb sign out up the following morning as I was working from my room; despite this, the housekeeping staff still continued to knock at the door until I finally answered and told her we did not need anything today.... So overall the staff was the biggest issue.
The bed was okay, not that comfortable, I did not have a great sleep. Place is in need of an update, with both the physical building and the staff itself.
