Tatiana at the front desk in the morning, the Asian woman the manager was yelling at me for soiling a facecloth and charged me $25, holding my cash deposit until I agreed.
Previously, the shuttle bus driver was acting like a lunatic at the airport, operating the vehicle in a dangerous and reckless manner, honking his horn incessantly and provoked an altercation with another driver who did nothing wrong. I told them both to stop it as other passengers boarded.
Then the driver was belligerent to me in my handling of my servíce dog. Insisted I put the dog in the kennel which he referred to as “the bag” before bringing him a board the bus without any assistance whatsoever my service dog is 60 pounds. And I have disabilities from military service. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in my life had a hotel. But the hotel itself was clean and the front desk staff in the evening and in the morning were both kind and polite and helpful. The manager gets a zero and a hand written letter to Wynn International as well asthe driver should have been arrested and investigated for his mental state and proficiency in handling a passenger shuttle. Absolutely pathetic service from these two individuals who should be fired.
