”Listing says air conditioner but there was no air conditioning, it was a very warm and humid basement. The host was polite and had good communication. It is in a sketchy area so keep that in mind. It was reasonably clean besides the dirty floors and what looked like mold around the tub. The bed was comfortable and relatively clean. The host lives upstairs and them and their children were very noisy anytime before 10pm. Not terrible but I wouldn't stay here again.”

”The place itself was nice but in a not so safe area. We weren’t aware of the basement tenants until the check in message. The upstairs power went out on us a few times without reason but was fixed within a reasonable time frame. The place was clean and modern, the cleaners were still there when we checked in even though we checked in 2 hours after the earliest time, so that threw us off a little bit otherwise no issues.”

”I had some minor issues with the bathroom sink, but it was quickly resolved. The host was nice and responds to messages immediately. Rental is in a quiet neighborhood and is only a few minutes to downtown area by car. Since it's in a basement, it could get a little cold, but you have access to the thermostat that you can adjust as needed. The room looks just as it does on the listing. Clean, minimal, and well-lit. Overall, I had a good experience.”

”The price was alright and it was convenient to get to west Edmonton mall, however there were some cleanliness problems- There were some small stains on the sheets and duvet, The lint trap was full, the cooking utensils and pots were a bit dirty. Being woken up at 6am from stomping,7am from vacuuming, then again at 8 am from more stomping was not ideal, throughout the day there was quite a bit of noise upstairs so we avoided spending as much time as possible at the suit.
