”Stayed here overnight during a weeknight as a family of five, and while we went in with an open mind after reading the reviews, the experience still fell short. Reception closes at 5pm, so we made sure to call ahead. We first rang at 3pm to advise we’d arrive around 5:30pm, then called again at 4:50pm to let them know we were only six minutes away. ”We enjoyed a relaxing, peaceful and comfortable stay at Mt Cotton Retreat. Sue was a pleasure to deal with and kind enough to offer us a complimentary upgrade to a superior room in the Boutique Hotel. The forest surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor areas where we could chill out and/or eat our meals. A comfortable bed, large bathroom and mid cons in our room made for a great stay. Thank you!”
