    This very clean modern home at the 60 mile marker boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, including a king bed, two queen beds, and a cozy bunk bed. Guests also find a peaceful living room with an additional queen bed sofa sleeper, perfect for relaxing or extra company totaling 12 guests in beds. With 3 bathrooms featuring two showers and one bathtub, everyone can refresh comfortably. The welcoming space offers heating and AC to keep guests comfortable year-round. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quiet moments inside, this charming home provides a perfect retreat. Spacious parking. Large, covered deck with TV surround sound, flat grill and games perfect for lake time with friends and family. Commercial ice maker on lower level. Shared dock access for swimming. Jet Ski parking is available. Boat parking available on the entire south side (Please Note: The dock has been rearranged since the photos were taken). Two easy hours from Kansas City and three hours from St. Louis. Dollar General and gas station close by land. Nice Marina with food and fuel and fun spots close by water. Two shared kayaks and a paddle boat in a quiet cove popular for fishing. Comfortable swimming off the dock in a peaceful dead-end cove. Enjoy all that Lake of the Ozarks has to offer when you stay at our place. It's a perfect retreat for watching cranes, families of Canadian geese, and even bald eagles.
    Make sure to include your pet fee in your payment when booking.

The house was just as described. We really enjoyed the large covered deck to hang out, play games and grill. The commercial ice machine was a bonus! Having the roof over part of the dock was great too. We enjoyed this place so much!

We spent the weekend celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday! Friends and family near and far loved this house! The party deck was amazing, and all the extras, from paper towels, sunscreen, fans, blankets, 2 fridges, ice machine, extra towels, this house has it all! We will definitely rent again!

The house was great, just what was pictured. The a/c was great because the temp was really high. There were plenty of towels, bedding, cookware - everything just like home. The view was great. My husband and I are in our mid 70's so the only comment we would have is - because of the terrain (steep hills) there are a lot of steps in the house, but then from what we could see when we took a boat ride, EVERY place has lots of stairs and are steep. The host was very good about answering texts and was very clear in her responses, excellent. I would suggest to anyone, this is a good house to rent.
