Erittäin suuri kaunis monitasoinen koti aivan Christina Creekillä. Tule kaloille aivan takapihalla tai kajakilla purjehdusta pitkin kilometrejä. Tai ehkä on aika vain rentoutua perheen kanssa. Tämä talo sopii monitasoisille perheille kolmella tasolla. Tämä koti sopii täydellisesti yhdessä vanhojen ystävien kanssa tai katsomaan isoa peliä! Tämä koti sijaitsee lähellä Notre Dame -stadionia, joka on vain 12 kilometrin päässä ja silti rauhallisella ilmapiirillä ja runsaalla yksityisyydellä. Tämä valtava koti on täydellinen, serine, ja täysin varusteltu kaikki majoitukset tarvitset. Suuri näyttö Tv ja viihde täyttävät paikan. Kaikki kotona on aivan uusi. Tämä ominaisuus on 2 auton autotalli, suuri perhehuone, hauska täytetty pelihuone, Excersize-huone, kaksi isoa makuuhuonetta (yksi omassa kerroksessa) sekä ylelliset yksityiset master-kylpyhuoneet, aidattu alue takapihalla. Tämä paikka sisältää kaiken, mitä voit halutessasi, ja runsaasti tilaa, että jokainen voi olla mukava omassa tilassaan ja paljon enemmän tilaa lisäpalveluille, joita tarvitsisin vain kysyä meiltä. Pyrimme aina tarjoamaan kaikki pienet extrat, jotta vierailustasi olisi mahdollisimman mukava. Vain 15 minuutin päässä Notre Dame 25 minuuttia shiphewana alue tehdä ostoksia tai 30 minuutin päässä monista paikallisista winerys tai Sveitsin laakson hiihtokeskus. Olemme hyvin lähellä Elkhartia, IN: ta ja Mishawakaa, IN, jossa on kaikki ostosmahdollisuudet, ruokailutilat, elokuvateatterit, näyttelyt ja viihde, jonka voit kuvitella! Katsokaa enää, tämä on sinun paikkasi!

Family get away

This home was perfect for our family of 15 to celebrate my father-in-law’s 80th birthday! Family aged 11-80, was able to enjoy the large yard playing kick ball, wiffle ball, 4-square and relaxing on the patio. The arcade and indoor games were endless!! So much space for all of us! Perfect place for a family get away!

Totally Awesome Vacation Home

Our church youth group stayed here to participate in a national level competition. When you have a group of youths that don't want to leave the vacation house, you are doing something right! Kristy (the property host) is the best! She communicated with us right from the start and was always available if there were questions. The house is great - plenty of space and activities galore! We totally enjoyed our stay here and we are planning to return soon! Thanks Kristy for the outstanding experience!

Pictures of the listing are complete and accurate. The Very roomy layout with multi-levels allows everyone a large place to gather as well as enough space to spread out. The plethora of games always keeps the kids entertained, and the wildlife viewing in the backyard and on the creek was amazing. Christy was very responsive and understanding of our family's needs

This is the best VRBO experience I have ever had!

When I travel, I prefer to stay in a home, rather than a hotel, so I use VRBO around the world. This is the best experience I have ever had, and my friends (five other Notre Dame alums) all commented the same. Kristy's home is spacious, clean, and had everything imaginable for us to use. The kitchen is well-stocked, the bedrooms are large, the living room, kitchen, dining room and game rooms were better than we expected. Kristy's communications with us prior to our arrival and after our arrival were excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the backyard is spacious and soothing. I will definitely hope to rent this home again whenever I am in that area.

Family Gathering

We were looking for a place to gather our immediate family from several states around. This was the perfect property. House was nice and big, tons of room for everyone. I’ve never been to a house with so many activities provided on property. There is something to do for all ages. Yard is big with two fire pits and plenty of space for outdoor activities. Property owners were very responsive.

Perfect

The perfect house for a rural get away with a large group. The house was clean, well organized and had many amenities. We had lots of fun swimming in the creek and hanging out on the large patios. But were also able to enjoy the surrounding area, the Warren State Sand Dunes were close and great and the kayaks/tubes at the house were perfect for afternoon on the water. Kristy was a fantastic host -- extremely responsive, helpful and fair. We're very happy we chose this house for our family get away and would definitely consider returning should we revisit the area.

Perfect Weekend with Friends

We had an amazing stay! From the beginning, Kristy was responsive and helpful. She answered all my questions, offering suggestions on what to do in the area, and was prompt in her replies. The pictures and descriptions of the house are totally accurate, which was helpful when planning sleeping arrangements, packing, etc. The house and the property are absolutely beautiful! It exceeded our expectations. There’s so much space in the house and lots to do. The outdoor space is breathtaking, we loved waking up to the beautiful views. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and I would 10 out of 10 recommend staying at this home. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Great for Extended Family

This house has great bedroom and living spaces for a variety of family and friends. Bedrooms are spacious, mattresses are comfortable. Perfect ND weekend

First, and probably most important, the communication with Kristi was about as good as I've experienced in renting property. We were given clear instructions on the way in, including notes about anything that might have been in process. The house was clean and had more than enough in the way of indoor games (pool, air hockey, darts, etc.) and outdoor fun (2 firepits, corn hole, kayaks, etc.). Would give a 6 out of 5 if I could! The creek behind the house was perfect for the atmosphere it added plus the ability to paddle down a few miles. Thank you!

My friends and I booked Kristy’s place for the Notre Dame game, and all of our families loved it. She has great attention to detail, and a really interactive set of experiences for her guests. We didn’t have enough time to take advantage of all of them. Both kids and adults absolutely loved the game room downstairs. Everything was in working order which is a very hard thing to do with a place this big. Really quiet neighborhood, but still easy to get to groceries and places to eat. It was only about a 20 minute drive to the campus. Highly recommended!

We love your home, Kristy!

If I could give Kristy's home and her a million stars, I would, and I am completely serious. I messaged back & forth with Kristy so many times - I thought that at some point, she might lose her patience with me....it never happened. This is our fourth time renting a home through VRBO/and the other one (not to mention the other one's name!), and Kristy's home AND Kristy are the best home/host we have ever used. Kristy is so detailed, and explains everything so well..she even recorded bedroom set-ups for me so that I could decide what would work best for our family! We loved kayaking -- it was a blast! It is a very smart idea to rent Kristy's trailer...I don't know what we would have done had we not done that. The gameroom was a blast. We had one thirteen year old boy, and the rest of us were 21 or over. There were 12 or 13 of us (math is hard for me - ha)....this was the best mini family reunion, thanks to Kristy!!!

Absolutely Amazing

This property was absolutely perfect. I do not have 1 complaint about this stay. The house was perfect. There was tons of space, beautifully decorated, and everyhting we needed for our stay plus a ton of extras. They had all kinds of games in almost every room and not just your boring typical board games. They had 2 actual video games-a race car and 1 filled with over 100 different games, a whole poker and roulette table, checker/chess full table, a closet of toys for kids, football, bowling for outside, baseball bat and balls, soccer balls and net, 6 kayaks, tubes and so so so much more. We had a small issue with internet 1 day, I texted Kristi and they came and replaced the router that day. I highly recommend for restaurants- Stacys, Smokin Fattys and Flippin Cow. The creek was amazing for fishing. We will definitely book again. If I had one thing to suggest for your stay would be to bring some fold up chairs for the firepit by the creek. There is plenty of seating outdoors but only stumps by that firepit. But you could haul the other chairs down there or just the firepit by the house. Perfect Perfect Perfect. 5 STARS across the board from us.
