Cozy Historic Downtown Edwardsville Charmer

Spacious and cozy with hardwood floors throughout. Beautifully restored to its original 1920’s glory. Set up to meet your needs. Clean, uncluttered spaces, full kitchen,
Wi-Fi, and the basics for an easy stay. Third bedroom offers office space in addition to bunk beds. Relax on the front porch in this lovely neighborhood. Just a few blocks from main street’s offering of coffee shops, restaurants & entertainment. MCT bus stop across the street for easy access to SIUE & St. Louis.
The space
The unit has a large, sunny kitchen set up to meet your cooking and beverage needs, and lovely dining room and living room area to gather and relax. Smart TVs in living room and first two bedrooms. Note that this is the main level apartment in a 3-unit bungalow. All apartments have separate entrances. Common areas includes patio in back of house and washer and dryer in laundry room (nicely converted garage). Street parking is available.

We were in town to watch our son play baseball for SIUE. We have stayed at other homes and hotels, and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. It was so clean and charming( reminded me of the Milwaukee bungalow I grew up in). Great location and very reasonably priced for the amount of space. We will definitely book here again!

We really enjoyed all the little extras this host thought of. We appreciated the comfortable beds, ample outdoor space, and the speedy responses from the host, We would certainly highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great vacation rental!

Nice, comfortable, very clean home. Kurt was very responsive to our questions. Easy to get checked in. Nice to have quite a few basic supplies in the kitchen. Home is within a short walk to downtown Edwardsville. and restaurants close by.

This was such a nice home, perfect for my family's stay in the area. We appreciated having access to the full kitchen, dining room and living room to make our stay comfortable.

Love this older home with a ton of great updates. Super clean with nice touches of nice towels, coffee and creamer, and soap/shampoo and conditioner We loved our stay. There are 2 other apartments in the home so you will hear other people in your stay but it didn’t bother us at all.
