”Large propety with walking trail”

”Check in power went out at 8pm never came back on till 2.30 am was offered a flash light nothing else I would have expected some sort of discount or free breakfast was offered nothing won't stay there again”

”Brand new mattresses, so comfy. Suite was very big. Large, clean washroom. Lots of parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was opening day for the hotel but the restaurant wasn’t open yet. Our only complaint was that the floors squeaked so we could hear the people above quite a bit. ”

”After multiple stays, all rooms appear to need new flooring and couches desperately. Bedding and bathrooms were very clean, however, there was a cheerio near the desk on the floor, and more food under the front edge of the couch. The couch had a questionable white stain on the cushion, and stains on carpets. Because the floor had not been cleaned properly, it did not leave us with much confidence about the cleanliness of the room overall (ie wiped down door knobs, light switches etc)”

”enjoyed our over night stay,owner setup the heat pump and tv for us,very prompt,bathroom is a little dated,howeververy well kept,the main bedroom has been remodeled.very nice”

”Bed was clean and somewhat comfortable. When we walked in, room was cold and damp (no heat had been on), when it was turned on, would only heat to 66•. It was cool and damp through the night. There was peeling paint everywhere and holes in the wall about the vanity. This was a last minute, late night stay. I wouldn’t recommend it if you had a choice.”

”Staff and Hotel were nice aswell as location.They dont a continental breakfast,but do have a nice restaurant where you can get a nice breakfast or meal. Parking is an extra charge but $15 a day not to bad. Overall we were pleased.👍”

”No shoes allowed from the front door throughout the hotel. So take some slippers!! The owner makes you feel like you are invading here space and makes you feel like her time is more important than the customers time. There are lots of rules and $100 potential fine if you make a sound or wear your shoes. The owner can be quite sarcastic . Lastly She was upset by the amount paid. I booked online so they set the price not me.”

”The room was dirty. Floors were not swept, light sockets were nasty, shower curtain was dirty, no fan in bathroom, hole in the wall, fire alarm hanging from ceiling. Pictures on Expedia did not look anything like the room we had. Had to call and get more clean towels, no maid service for a full week. Only good thing about the room was the clean bedding. The restaurant was very good.”

”Clean room, hot tub was on deck. Super relaxing night. Close walk to main lodge for dinner and breakfast. Sauna was really wuick to heat up and had me sweating bullets. Beautiful views in a great location just off the main Cabot Trail road. Highly recommended. Will return”
