”Lovely quiet Victorian living and a very easy walk to get into town. The owners are delightful and really want you to have a great stay. Room was spacious and comfortable and making our own breakfast when and how we wanted it worked surprisingly well. We very much enjoyed our two nights here and the overall uniqueness of this historic home. Would definitely come back again.”

”Very good place! Also very helpful while our plans changed due to ferry cancellation.”

”Nice, big room and big bathroom with a tub. We arrived after hours, but I just called to hotel and they let me know how to get in. ”

”Nice hostel/motel, there is everything you need for a couple night stay. Only thing is, there is no lockers where you can store your bags/valuables so you really have to trust your roommates.”

”A wonderfull traditional style small boutique hotel, with suberb service. The dinner was fabulous, as was the breakfast. Highly recommended for couples! We also loved the big bathtub:)”

”Big room, comfy bed, patio.”

”For what this is (a cabin in a campervan park), it was excellent. The cabin was private, clean, and quiet. There's obviously no view and the amenities are all shared (shared bathroom/toilets/showers, shared communal area) but everything was in pretty good/decent shape. It's not a 5 star luxury hotel but it's not pretending to be that. For the value and what you pay for (and for just one night where you're getting in fairly late and leaving somewhat early), it's excellent. ”

”Hyvät yhteydet kävellen keskustaan. Upeat maisemat.”

”We stayed at Aldan Lodge Motel for 3 nights. Wonderful Staff, very friendly & helpful. Spacious Studio Unit with kitchenette. Clean condition. Great location being close to Supermarket & Shopping. Thank you Aldan Lodge Motel.”

”Love the relaxation of a homey spot”

”Great central location, friendly staff, nice room. Mattress needs to be changed, you can feel the strings through it. Shower was a bit tricky but there was enough space if you’re small person.”

”The hostel was quite unclean, especially the kitchen was disgusting. The whole place also smelled like cigarrette. I thought the breakfast was supposed to start at 7.30 but there was no one/nothing there then. The doors can not be locked which feels a bit uncomfortable as a female solo traveler. However it is a cheap option to stay in and you can park your car right in front of the hostel. It is also nice that the toilet and shower are in the room. ”

”Kylmät lattiat. Ei ollut lämmitys päällä.”

”Lots of fun touches in the lodge and on the property. Very friendly owners and the breakfast they provided was incredible! We’re looking forward to visiting again”

”Very clean but dated decor but then that's reflected in the price”
