”Someone's leftover food was still in the refrigerator in my room. The room was small in the property definitely needed some love. I would not hang out outside of this hotel at night, it definitely have the feeling of a crack motel. Even in the office they had multiple signs up about the costs for replacing a room key card and charged me $50 for incidentals that they then refunded me only if I brought back in the exact receipt from where they charged me the $50 when I return the key card. ”The room was dirty upon arrival. It was trashy and the revoked smelled as if someone just smoked . They also made me deposit $100 to get access to the room although I booked through Expedia. I asked for clean towels and bed spread and the representative was disrespectful. I drove 6 hours to the hotel and did not stay. I arrived at 6:54pm checked out 8pm. As I was checking out the lady did not seem to care or adjust my room situation. I did not deserve this treatment or messy room. I have proof...

”Staff helped me alot with my booking”

”Beautiful walking trail nearby. One elevator broken, long wait for the other. Staff member sent me outside to take the stairs but that door was locked from the outside. Do not get an accessible room, you will hear the working elevator squeak all night. Hall smelled like mildew. Room was very clean and spacious. ”

”It wasn’t that bad. The prices scare me now because some hotels I will not stay in because of the organization that runs it. This hotel shocked me and I will stay there again ”

”Easy parking and good location for restaurants ”

”Staff was nice. Rooms were OK. Bathroom: The shower situation is terrible. The curtains for the shower don’t go down to the floor. There’s little to no barrier between the shower and bathroom floor so the water just goes wherever. Disgusting. Beds/ living space: was OK. They don’t seem to clean the window areas which I thought was a little weird but hey that’s not terrible. There’s more but I’ll stop there. ”

”We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed here for my daughter's dance event. It was so nice to stay on the property of the event. This area is so nice and there is so much to do. We were so surprised to find an art festival within walking distance and a farmer's market. The view from the room was great- we could see another festival take place. The breakfast was good and a reasonable price too. We will be back for sure. ”

”There was nobody at the front desk to check us in. After a long day of traveling, we did not need to wait to get to our room. There was no housekeeping service even though we were staying 3 nights unless a special request was made. The tv did not work, and when we called for assistance nobody answered. There was no coffee at breakfast as well as waffle batter. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay there.”
