* Property is on well water, there is a filter installed in the fridge for drinking water, and a plug in water filter provided, guests are encouraged to bring their own water as well
*Door County has a lot of iron in the soil, we provide a filter for the out door water hose and there is a water softener installed as well.
*Property is on a gravel private road that is being maintained regularly.
The property is located on a private road within a rural residential subdivision consisting of large residential parcels. Official plat maps confirm the area is not zoned or developed as an industrial park, there are two units by the highway and high doesn’t affect the peace and privacy of our home

*Cold plunge and outdoor shower not available during the freezing months and will reopen in late April/early May weather dependent, $150 cancellation fees will apply if guests cancelled at anytime
