Apartment 1st Floor: The apartment is 75 square meters and features high-quality laminate flooring. A bright and welcoming entrance area with a wardrobe awaits you.

The first of the two bedrooms faces east and has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. The next room is another bedroom with two single beds and a slightly smaller wardrobe. Both rooms also have blackout blinds.

The spacious kitchen has access to the south-facing balcony and can accommodate a lovely dining table with a corner bench. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, and additional dishes and cooking utensils.

The living room has a comfortable, large sofa and a television. The sunny balcony is also accessible from the living room.

The bathroom is brightly lit and equipped with a toilet, sink, and bathtub. The shower is located in a separate room.
