”The location was perfect. On "ground" level of the city. Walkable to all the shopping and sites but in a much nicer, calmer location. The hotel was very fun and unique being built within the rock wall. It made for narrow, tight stairs going up to your room though. Would not recommend with mobility issues. The room was large with a walk in shower which for 2 people would be fine we were a family of 4 (2 kids) and it was tight for sleeping a few nights. More shelving in the bathroom would have...

Front desk staff was friendly. However, young and not very expert. I asked if there is a complimentary water bottle in the room and the answer was that the minibar is not included in the price. I said I am not asking about the minibar but the usual water bottle. No answer. AS it turned out, there was a water bottle in the room (and daily given another).

”Great apartment. Clean and modern and in a nice location. The arrival process was frustrating as none of the virtual keys worked, so we had no way to enter the apartment initially. There was an intercom next to the main door. After talking to someone, the door was unlocked remotely.”
”It was a very pleasant stay for a night! Very close to the railway station and also the city center was easy to reach. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was great. It can get noisy at night so I’d recommend to use earplugs. Otherwise no complaints!”
