”The AC in the kitchen part of The suite that we had didn't work right. could not get the room to cool down.. the TV remote the back cover the batteries kept falling out there was no cover on it! the swimming pool really seemed like it needed chlorine it seemed like it needed to be clean other than that everything was great love the location”

”Had to move rooms at 10:30pm after returning from a dip in the lukewarm hot tub because our balcony door on 1st floor would not lock. No working phone in any of the rooms to contact front desk, tv remote control didn’t work in 2nd room we were moved to and woke up to wet floors due to condensation. Strongly recommend they focus on maintaining the property, fix the hot tub and most importantly make the rooms safe to stay in including doors that lock.”

”The room was very clean as well as the property. The staff were phenomenal. All of them were very kind and helpful. One of the other guests told me a family staying there jumped the fence to the pool the night before I checked in and they were very loud most of the night. I talked to the manager about this. She said they were aware of the incident and spoke to the guests about it. She gave me her cell phone number and told me to call her if it happened again. Great customer service!! Loved the...
