”An absolute gem. Came for a quiet getaway and the perfect storm of calmness. Will is a wonderful host, making sure I was welll taken care of and focusing on every detail. He made sure I was able to check in and reach him during a winter storm and was readily available. The place is wonderful and filled with lots of fireplaces and room amenities that feel spa like and warm. Best night sleep I’ve had in a cloud of pillows and bed, in such a long time. But the room itself lacked visual appeal & some conveniences usually associated with booking a cottage which is more private and removed from the house. Could use more and better art in the room. I would also trade all the storage space for a mini fridge, tea kettle or coffee maker. Also the only full-size mirror is hidden far back in the bathroom which isn’t terrible but very...

”When I went to the property it was not shoveled. A challenge to get to the room. I enjoyed the room with minor things that could change. ”

”Unfortunately our experience here was far below expectations! Please keep in mind the self proclaimed “luxury resort” has nothing to offer. Their amenities such as the pool and hot tubs were out of order. This was not communicated until check in. Keep in mind it was raining so the beach in a cold March rain was not an option. When confronting the staff about not informing their guests in advance, they said they still had the steam room and sauna to use however at 7 months pregnant I am unable...
