Welcome to the former Oberförsterei of Sosa. From April 2026, two charming and spacious holiday apartments, each offering 140 m², await you. Apartment I accommodates up to 10 guests, Apartment II up to 8, both featuring a unique atmosphere. In Apartment I, music lovers will find a piano and a record player, along with decorative elements recalling the history of the Oberförsterei.



Apartment II invites you to relax in the stylish, wood-paneled fireplace room and enjoy views over the picturesque village. Both apartments offer several fireplaces and tiled stoves, with free firewood provided.



Sosa is idyllically located at the foot of the Auersberg, ideal for hikers and mountain bikers. In winter, ski fans reach the Ski-Arena Eibenstock in just eight minutes by car. In summer, you can use the shared pool at Ferienwohnung Neubert free of charge, just a three-minute walk away in the center of Sosa. Whether for cooling off, swimming with a pool trainer, or playing water volleyball, the garden with panoramic views of Sosa offers something for everyone.



Guests also have free access to the Sosa beach volleyball arena and the tennis court at the sports ground.
