The perfect romantic getaway! The view from the balcony and room was breathtaking. Regular visits from birds, kangaroos and the hosts puppy, Bella made the trip even more special. We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. Joanne and Hayden were absolutely lovely and accommodating. A short drive to the lake, town and cute sunset lookouts. We highly recommended and will definitely be coming back.

The best sleep I've had in months!

As listed, beautiful views. Very clean, small space inside, but deck is great. Linen and soap provided. We stayed 4 nights- this place is meant for short stays. But the peace and quiet made up for any negatives (small bar fridge, all cooking to be done on barbecue or microwave oven, no restaurants open within 2 hrs' drive). Host was very accessible and responsive. Loved the wildlife around. Would have loved a hammock on the deck.

Perfect location for a quiet, peaceful stay. The views from the property are glorious. Would strongly recommend for a weekend getaway. The accommodation was very clean and nicely located into the side of the hill giving unhindered views.

Brilliant little stay overlooking The Valley to Eildon!

The contactless access to the property, the setting in the hills, the modern and clean room were all perfect. Highly recommend for a couples getaway and for a spot of kangaroo watching!

Tranquil cosy retreat close to town

We had a lovely peaceful stay. The location is picturesque overlooking the rural landscape dotted with local wildlife. The kangaroos would frequently pass by the deck. The accommodation is cleverly nestled underneath the main house to give you unimpeded views and privacy. It was new & really clean, comfortable furniture & bed. Best to plan to self cater, there are only a few dine-out options in town. Best to plan meals that utilize the BBQ & microwave & compact fridge. Great communication

So Relaxing

Loved our accommodation, it was quiet and peaceful. The different variety of birds was nice, kangaroos passing through and visiting us at 3am was great! If you are looking to get away for some peace and quiet, have a break from working life, if only for a few days, this is for you We hope to come back another time.

A phenomenal stay!

Joanne ensured that our check in was seamless with easy to follow instructions and open communication. The views of the grounds on the doorstep were incredible and our room was incredibly clean and spacious for the two of us. We’d definitely return back to this amazing property in the future!
