”We asked to change our room. Our neighbors were noisy like I never met. Weren’t able to use balcony.
Have to sleep with closed window.
Hotel was empty, but they say that this is only till tomorrow.
As I understand they didn’t want to take even little trouble.
Spoiled vacation.

”Very nice place. Cleaned and organized. However few things must be addressed.
1. Wood flooring across the resort must be replaced or repaired. Nails sticking out caused me step on them few times.
2. Air conditioner in the room works based on motion. In the middle of the night the ac turned off and I had to wake up and shake my hands few times for it to start working again. Not fun at all !!!
3. Host asked us to leave exactly at 11am which was known. However we thought we can check out the...
