”Nice hotel. Good variety of hot and cold breakfast items, including the typical Texas shaped waffle iron 😊. I have 4 stars because there were a few minor items in need of maintenance in our room. We gave a list at check out so hopefully those will be addressed. Great location for exploring the north side of San Antonio. Close to shopping and lots of places to eat. I usually take more pictures but I did get one of the amazing local inspired mural in the main lobby area.”

”This property was decently clean but not overly clean. The pool water was mostly clean but the tile sides were super gross and clearly hadn’t been REALLY cleaned in sometime. Our shower had quite a few random hairs which seemed odd since this particular room was handicap accessible so it had a hand held sprayer that could have easily been used to clean the hairs away. There were several things in disrepair throughout the property. Such as the window shade in our room didn’t close. The desk clerk...

”As soon as I got there I was not treated by valet, then got charged twice for a room I had already paid for, room service in the morning was also banging on doors around 8 am cleaning rooms and I couldn’t even get proper rest, honestly disappointed”

”Parking is inconvenient, have to pay diferent from hotel bill, Parking expires before your check out. Should be the same time. I will not be going back there again.”

”Very nice staff, 100% clean and they are making improvements as I was there. The stairs or being fixed. Trash cans available almost right outside your door so when you eat the trash goes out of your room. Only drawback for me is pets are not accepted and I travel for work with a 4.5lb dog I use with my clients. I work with the elderly.”

”This was our 5th year for our annual girls trip. We absolutely love it here. Everyone is so kind and happy to help. Resort is spotless. My only complaint was we asked for more towels for the pool area and were told we can only have 1 even though there were 50 folded towels available. If it’s a problem i have a solution.. get bigger towels!! Also, maybe have someone washing them throughout the day.”

”Excellent location right near Six Flags Fiesta Texas. For this location to go up and beyond they should really open up the back drive way to allow travelers to not have to hassle with the highway and be able to head straight to Six Flags. I truly believe that would make them a leading location in the area.”

”Me and the family booked a double queen room. The room was clean and cozy! I never made it on time for breakfast unfortunately, but the staff was always super helpful during the stay! It is getting some renovations currently so had some construction meterials lying around but didn't affect the stay!”

En la segunda habitación, la alfombra muy sucia y olor a humedad. Cortinas rasgadas en ambas habitaciones. Los pasillos y áreas comunes muy sucias.”
