No physical check-in, everything needed was provided for smooth self check-in and check-out.
Just small things missing from the apartment guides (like ironing board), and checkout was quite early (10 in the morning), compared to the usual 12.
Location was great and peaceful with stores, cafes and restaurants within 50m. Easy public transport as well.

"Hienoksi remontoitu hotelli. Olisimme toivoneet enemmän mahdollisuutta päästä syömään sekä viettämään iltaa pihalle kauniiden ilmojen kunniaksi mutta span puolelle, jossa se olisi ollut jokseenkin ulkona mahdollista, pääsi vain 390kruunun maksulla per päivä per henkilö. Pieni huone on ok, mutta verhoja oli pakko pitää kiinni sillä valvontakamera oli heti ikkunan takana sängyn kohdalle osoittaen. Oli aika koiran koppimainen tunnelma joten olimme Uppsalassa yhden yön toisessa hotellissa.

"We stayed in the hotel for three nights. I made a booking for a Junior suite to accommodate for our family and pet. Unfortunately, we were downgraded to a Family room due to the suites not allowing for pets. Pet was charged for an additional SEK200 at the hotel. This was confusibg as they did not mention any restrictions to rooms on the hotel official website nor on hotels.com.
The room air conditioning did not work & windows were locked. Thus, the room was really warm during the 20c outdooe weather. Sleeping was not easy for this.
Other than this, the hotel was nice, spacious and clean. The location was great for visiting central Stockholm. "
"Stilfullt hotell med fin design och inredning. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal som såg till att vår vistelse blev så positiv som den blev, trots bekymmer med vårt rum. Mycket folk på frukosten och personalen hade svårt att hinna med, trots det hade de alltid ett leende på läpparna. Minus för det dyra priset för att bada och basta på takvåningen. "

The location is super good as the Strawberry Arena and the Mall of Scandinavia are next to the hotel. Also, the train station is on the other side of the mall, just a few hundred meters from the hotel."
