”Wonderful hotel, unique and interesting decor, friendly staff, delicious high-quality breakfast, nothing to complain about, frankly, the only hotel I've been to that made me want to write a review. Santa cruz is what it is city design wise, so while the hotel is near the historical centre, the surrounding buildings look a bit rough. But I felt completely safe, the city just looks like that outside the new (and frankly, much more boring) residential neighbourhoods. ”

”Maria in front desk was extremely helpful . Especially since we did not know the language and we checked in too late. She was kidn to arrange a taxi for us to get some fruits for dinner from supermarket. Maria is extremely responsive and was supportive throughout my entire stay. Thank you maria”
