”Good, but not great. Boulevard felt like an outdated great hotel. Room itself was rennovated to look and feel quite nice, but small details made it feel lower quality (one spotlight dark, wallpaper ripping off a bit from the edge here and there, power outlets loose on the wall etc.). Common areas like hallways were more outdated and worse condition than the rooms. Not horrible, but not as good as you might think when going to hotel with a rating that good.
