”The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service.
I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored.
The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own.
The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain....

”The home is very nice and as a 14 year VRBO/HOMEAWAY vacation rental owner you will not find a better place to stay. Its an easy 1-2 hour drive to San Miguel Allende and Guanajuato. Lots of history to see.
