”It was a good hotel! It looked pretty and everything worked as it should. The restaurant was pretty but noisy and not a gastronomic triumph; WiFi and jacuzzi worked well; everything was clean and orderly.
The spa and gym were not much worth mentioning.
The surroundings of the hotel are not the prettiest, but the view to the lake & mountains are nice!”

Our stay at Xelena Hotel & Suites was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped into this beautiful mansion, every detail was handled with pure professionalism by almost everyone we encountered.

”Beautiful view from property.
Staff seemed disinterested, and not overly happy to correct our booking to a twin room.
Radiator in room broken/not functioning.
No shuttle service to town, a bit far to walk 2kms return in the dark and cold conditions.
Property restaurant dinner appeared to be reheated - not freshly made, food was not heated through and not very appealing. Breakfast was cold food only - extra charge for eggs.”

”The view is great, the beds nice and firm, the staff is friendly and the shuttle bus to the town works well. Those are the positives. On the "to-be-improved" list: breakfast is sub-par for the price and the WiFi is practically unusable even for normal surfing. In addition the staff made several errors - e.g. promising to book a table for dinner at a restaurant which turned out to be closed when we got there, as well as unclarities in the price/content of a trip.
