Sijaitsee Coveta Fumassa, 2 km päässä Campello ja 16 km päässä Benidorm. Niille, jotka eivät halua käyttää autoa, huvila on 100 metrin päässä kapearaiteisesta raitiovaunupysäkistä, joka yhdistää Alicanten Denian kanssa ja antaa pääsyn alueen kauniille ja monimuotoiselle rannikolle ja upeaan San Juan -rantaan. Huvilassa on 5 makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa on oma kylpyhuone ja pukuhuone sekä erittäin suuri sänky ja 3 muuta makuuhuonetta, joista kahdessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, toisessa king-size-vuode ja viidennessä 45 neliömetrin makuuhuoneessa neljä taittuvaa sänkyä. Makuuhuoneen 1 oman kylpyhuoneen lisäksi on 3 kylpyhuonetta suihkulla ja 1 kylpyhuone porealtaalla. Pesutupa ja 2 täyttä keittiötä, yksi kellarissa ja toinen pohjakerroksessa, jääkaapilla, uunilla, mikroaaltouunilla, astianpesukoneella jne. ELEVAATTORI, JOKA SAMMALLA PYÖRÄTUOLEIDEN JA EDELLYTYT IHMISET pääsevät päälle taloon, 2 suurta huonetta, toinen 80 neliön kellarissa, TV, DVD, CD jne. Ja toinen 45 m2 pohjakerroksessa, jossa 4 vuodetta sijaitsevat taitto ,. Kaasun keskuslämmitys. Yksityinen uima-allas. Yksityinen pysäköinti tontin sisällä, automaattinen sisäänkäyntiportti. Grilli. 3 suurta katettua terassia merelle päin ja 800 m2 yksityisiä puutarhoja, joissa on palmuja, oliivipuita, mäntyjä ja satoja trooppisia kasveja.

Great vacation home for large families or group of friends

We (6 adults and 7 kids) had a great time in this villa in El Campello close to Alicante. There is plenty of space in and outside of the house. The house is directly at the sea. The large backyard/terrace with a large enough pool is awesome for kids to play and safe. Three cars easily fit on it as a side note. There is excellent connection to Alicante and Benidorm via the local tram (stop 2 min walking distance away). The house is well equipped, i.e. has two kitchens which was very useful for us. There is not really any criticism. Here and there some parts could be modernised or some screws tightened, but this is of minor importance. The owner is very friendly and checkin as well as checkout worked excellently. To finish I can say that we would like to book this villa again in case we return to Alicante area.

Just returned home from a 7 night stay at this villa. We absolutely loved it! Host was very helpful and informative when we checked in giving us a tour of the villa. The two sitting rooms and two kitchens came in very helpful as we were a family of 8 people. We loved that the villa had so many extra towels and was literally a one minute walk from tram stop. Our party ranged from 2 years - 60 years old and it was easy to get around with use of the tram. We loved the outdoor space and private walk down to the beach (although pebbly) for a swim in the sea! The view from the villa is exceptional. The pool isn’t heated but our 2 year old had no issues getting in the water for about 30 minutes at a time. We’re really pleased with our stay and would recommend to other families. Thank you :)

We had a lovely stay at the villa. I miss waking up to those beautiful views. Great size, we all loved how there was so many different spaces to sit and eat or just relax with a book. The villa is quite dated and I think could do with a bit of attention in certain areas, however that is made clear in the pictures and the price, it also has a lot of charm and you really felt you were in an authentic Spanish home which I loved. I think the house particularly the kitchens especially the one downstairs could do with a really good deep clean. It’s the outside space that makes this villa special. The tram was great and easy to use. Location is good. Had good communication with the host one evening we came back to our air con not working we let the host know and he had it fixed within an hour. All in all we all had a fantastic holiday here and I would stay here again.

Unser Aufenthalt mit der ganzen Familie 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder war wirklich sehr schön. Der Außenbereich der Villa absolut top.die Innenräume leider sehr dunkel und alt eingerichtet. Die Schubladen mit Besteck sehr unaufgeräumt und auch die Töpfe und das Geschirr sehr reichlich, aber ohne System.Bettwäsche und Handtücher super bestückt, besonders gut waren die vielen Handtücher für den Außenbereich.Auch die gute Verbindung mit der Tram war sehr gut.Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Kontrolle durch den Vermieter.Wir wurden per WhatsApp darauf hingewiesen, dass wir die Klimaanlage nicht zu viel anmachen. Der Hinweis war total okay, aber das er die dann ausgeschaltet hat, bevor wir überhaupt reagieren konnten, fanden wir sehr übergriffig. Er kannte die Situation im Haus nicht, wusste nicht das einer aus unserer Familie mit Migräne im Bett lag. Das Gefühl überwacht zu werden kam bei uns nicht so gut an. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub.

We had an absolutely fantastic week at this charming holiday home in Spain. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel truly welcome—they are exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and clearly have a deep love for their beautiful home.The property itself is stunning, with plenty of character and thoughtful details throughout. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the tram and close to the lovely town of El Campello. It made exploring the area both easy and enjoyable.Inside the house, the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool during those warm Spanish afternoons. While the kitchen could use some newer utensils, everything else was well-equipped and functional.All in all, this place was a gem. We truly loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated getaway.

Nice house with all facilities

Nice house with bathrooms for almost all bedrooms. The host was nice and answers all questions. The pool and garden is nice. Very close to the tram station. The only things we missed were a supermarket and a restaurant in the area. It was easy to reach by the tram. But you have to adapt to the time table. I Can anyhow recommend the house and the host.

Excellent Villa with beautiful views and very good amenities. Great for adults and children. Everything provided. There are a few restaurants and bars 10 minutes walk away and El Campello is 10 minutes away on the tram. Will definitely return.

Don’t Be Fooled by the Beautiful Exterior—This Property Is Neglected and Misrepresented

There is nothing “luxury” about this home. When I booked, the listing said there were two king beds—but there was only one king and one full. The owner blamed translation, but it was clearly inaccurate. At check-in, we received one key for 12 guests and outdated coffee makers. The washer/dryer setup was unsafe—leaking water, full of lint, and lacking instructions. No fire alarms or extinguishers were present.We had no hot water for days and needed a plumber three times during our stay. Plumbing leaks were so expected, the owner asked us to empty a bucket every few days. The home was dirty—floors, linens, and furniture left everything grimy. Wi-Fi was weak and unusable in many parts of the house. Lower-level areas were filthy and unusable.Despite paying nearly 9,000 for a family reunion, the owners took no responsibility and blamed us for issues. A refund was denied, and Vrbo offered no help. I deeply regret booking this property and hope my review spares others the disappointment we experienced.P.S. I have photos and videos documenting all of it . Unfortunately VRBO doesn’t allow more space for all my facts

Advert is very accurate. The interior is a bit dated, but the pictures reflect that. Excellent location, with beautiful views. Ample accommodation, with 2 kitchens and loads of outdoor space. A stone's throw from the water, we had a great time. A beautiful place.

großes Haus mit viel Platz in wunderschöner Umgebung

wir waren als "Großfamilie" mit 5 eigenständigen Parteien in diesem Haus . Sehr viel Platz im Aussenbereich, sehr schöner Garten + Pool, direkt am Meer mit traumhafter Aussicht.Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber - sofort erreichbar bei Fragen. Einzige Anmerkung: die Betten. ein Doppelbett schmaler als 1,40 m ,1 großes Doppelbett , ansonsten einzelne Betten - das war für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da wir 9 Erwachsene (5 Familien ohne Kinder) waren . Fantastisk sted

Vi var 11 stk på tur og store og små hadde et fantastisk opphold på denne eiendommen. Helt nydelig beliggenhet med egen utgang fra hagen ned til havet. Anbefaler badesko. Vi badet i havet og bassenget hver dag, spennende å dykke i havet! Uteområdet er stort og velholdt, og gir rom for både lek, bading, soling og skygge. Ungene likte spesielt godt bordtennisbordet ute, tv stua og bassendet. Vi voksne satte pris på at huset hadde to velutstyrte kjøkken og koselige spiseplasser ute. Trikken var lett tilgjengelig og lett å bruke, vi trengte ikke bil. Tok taxi til og fra flyplassen. Verten var veldig serviceinnstilt og imøtekommmende. Eneste vi vil bemerke som "kunne vært bedre", var soverommene i 3.etg som var litt for varme på natta for oss nordmenn. Det er vifter på alle soverom, det hjalp noe. Ellers var alt helt topp, vi ønsker å komme tilbake hit!

Disappointed

When we first arrived we were disappointed as only one bedroom was ensuite on the second flloor. There was one shower and toilet on the ground floor with no bedroom. On the second floor two bedrooms shared one bathroom (four people).There was also a bathroom with jacuzzi but no toilet. On the first floor there was bathroom which was shared with twin bedroom and 4 beds in a sitting room. We called the property manager because the shower on the first floor had no hot water and also the 2 showers up stairs where not working properly. These were fixed by 2 cleanes and the help of my husband. The sheets on one bed were torn which were replaced by cleaners. Overall the property needs updating. A bad smell in kitchen sink on the 1st floor. Had to sweep leaves up everyday to keep the place tidy. It was not worth the money charged.
