Great vacation home for large families or group of friends
We (6 adults and 7 kids) had a great time in this villa in El Campello close to Alicante. There is plenty of space in and outside of the house. The house is directly at the sea. The large backyard/terrace with a large enough pool is awesome for kids to play and safe. Three cars easily fit on it as a side note. There is excellent connection to Alicante and Benidorm via the local tram (stop 2 min walking distance away). The house is well equipped, i.e. has two kitchens which was very useful for us. There is not really any criticism. Here and there some parts could be modernised or some screws tightened, but this is of minor importance. The owner is very friendly and checkin as well as checkout worked excellently. To finish I can say that we would like to book this villa again in case we return to Alicante area.

Pasé unos días agradables con 9 hermanos y hermanas en una cómoda villa en una ubicación de primera clase, equipada con todo lo necesario. Me gustaría señalar que la casa y más concretamente las cocinas y el equipamiento necesitarían una limpieza adicional. Algunos colchones han pasado sus mejores días, pero esto también puede deberse a que no somos los más pequeños y algunos pesan un poco más que la persona promedio. Además, quedamos muy satisfechos y recomendamos la casa de todo corazón.

Rundherum gelungener Urlaub
Wir waren mit 12 Personen. Das Haus hat uns allen auf Anhieb super gefallen. Besser als auf den Bildern. Tolle Lage toller Blick aufs Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es hat alles gepasst. Auch die Möglichkeit mit der Tram die direkt hinter dem Haus liegt ist sehr einfach und bequem. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Right by the sea!
Lovely traditional former family home right by the sea, you can go for a swim from the back garden (bring beach shoes as it's stony). Sunrise views are fabulous, loads of space for sitting, eating, relaxing outside. Fun pool to enjoy. Situated on a quiet street, 2 minutes walk to the tram stop, 7 minutes to El Campello which has shops, restaurants and lovely beaches, about 30 minutes to Alicante and 50 minutes to Benidorm. Trams are every half hour and cheap, clean and easy to use (get a Mobilis card from Alicante to make each trip even cheaper). Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms - a game of hide and seek here would be a challenge! Very friendly and helpful owner, who made us feel very welcome.

Beautiful villa with spectacular views
Owners were there to meet us and went through everything we needed to know about the Villa and how to use the trams and nice places to visit. When I contacted the owner during our stay he was very quick to respond. Thank you so much to the owners it made our holiday so much easier. You do need to use the tram if you wanted to visit anywhere or go to shops but the taxis service was also really good. We had our food delivered and there’s several takeaway places that also deliver. The Villa and pool were absolutely amazing, clean and equipped extremely well. Lots of different seating areas outside. The inside and outdoor areas are massive and plenty big enough for our family of 11. The sea views were beautiful. We will definitely be booking area. Thanks again for making our holiday so special.

Einfach fantastisch!
Wir sind mit insgesamt 10 Personen angereist im Alter von 9 bis 71 Jahren. Das Anwesen (vor allem die Außenanlage und der Meerblick) hat uns alle restlos begeistert! Der Check-In mit German verlief sehr freundlich. Er stand uns während des Aufenthaltes und auch schon davor für alle Fragen zur Verfügung! Das Haus hat eine sehr gepflegte Außenanlage mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch im spanischen Hochsommer hat hier jeder ein Schattenplätzchen gefunden. Der Blick auf die Bucht und das Meer hat alle begeistert und wir konnten uns nicht satt sehen. Ein Bonus war der direkte Zugang zum Strand. Es ist zwar ein Steinstrand, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Das Wasser war glasklar und es war einfach perfekt zum Schnorcheln. Sehr praktisch war die Bahnstation hinter dem Haus. Hier konnte man schnell und kostengünstig andere Orte an der Küste erreichen und erkunden. Die regelmäßigen Züge waren übrigens kaum oder nicht vom Haus aus zu hören. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Familienurlaub! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Lovely villa in a great location. Easy to get to from Alicante on public transport. Tram stop is a minute away but is very quiet. Plenty of room both inside and out. Well equipped kitchens. Only negative was wifi was only available in one room. Would recommend for a very relaxing stay.

Authentic Villa with Fantastic Sea Views
Very tired authentic Spanish Villa. Although it can sleep up to 12 it was not comfortable for 10 adults. No dinning areas around the villa were set up for 10 adults. We had to move furniture between floors and add on tables. The bedroom that has four beds is really only suitable for children and I had four adult ladies in that room. No wardrobe space and it was very cramped and they had to live out of suitcases. Bathroom facilities are good. Two kitchens so we found everything we needed between the two. BBQ needed a good clean when we arrived also. Beds were comfortable. The outside living area and pool area are very good and plenty of room and the sea views are too die for. Pool was not ready for the summer season as it was merky and being cleaned. We were advised not to take the cleaning pipe out but told we could use it but it was not clean enough to use. Great that the villa is in a very quiet area which is what we wanted but just a three minute walk to the local tram. No local shops though. I ordered our groceries from Mercadona which is an excellent groceries delivery service. The owners were lovely people and very helpful.

Fantastic Villa and location
We were a party of 9 adults and 2 babies and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Villa. As there were so many of us we wanted somewhere where you didn’t have to hire a car and this location was excellent as the tram stop is literally at the end of the street but minimum noise can be heard from the tram. We had a few cloudy days but as the beach is right outside the garden gate we had a lovely swim every morning. Pack some crocs though as there is a lot of pebbles before you reach the sandy part in the sea. Walk to the right when you head down the steps leafing out from the garden and there is a little small pebble path into the sea which is easier than climbing over the bigger rocks like we did on our first day!! German was very helpful about the accommodation and nearby facilities and is there to greet you when you arrive. As we didn’t hire a car we ordered two shops from Mercadona, very easy to do- just register, add items and you are given a two hour time slot when available. … saves carrying all your shopping (drinks!) We all went to Benidorm one day for 2.50 euros per person, return, took about 50 mins but enjoyed and well worth a visit. Didn’t think I would like it but loved it! Pool was warm enough for us but cold for babies but as we had taken a small blow up paddling pool this was not a problem. Would recommend this villa for a lovely family break. So sad to be home, wish I was back there swimming in the sea! Thank you German and Maria x

God placering i et roligt område. Dejligt nemt at komme med tog. Mange gode muligheder for at opholde sig i enten sol eller skygge. Rengøringen haltede lidt, så vi brugte lidt tid på at rengøre køkkenet inden brug. Flere småting var itu eller havde mangler, men vi kunne sagtens bruge både huset og udearealerne uden de store problemer.

Amazing outdoor space with beautiful views
What a fabulous time we had, primarily due to the location of the villa on the beach - the sound of the waves and beautiful outdoor views totally made it. As a party of 10, we had lots of space and found the villa well equipped. Due to the unprecedented night time temperature (25C) it was difficult to sleep on occasion but during the day there was generally a lovely breeze. Plenty of space for those of us sun worshippers to laze and equally lots of shade for those that preferred to keep out of the sun. We swam in the sea every day outside the villa and enjoyed paddle boarding at the next beach down , coveta fuma, the next tram stop up towards benidorm although it’s only a 15 minute walk (where there was a local shop and lovely restaurants. ) El compello is lovely and easy to get to via the tram which is simple to navigate. (2.50 euros return ). We arranged the shopping to be delivered from mercodonia which was efficient and easy (you need to put 50 euros in the shopping basket before you can access the availability slots). We didn’t go to benidorm as we’ve visited before but our young people did go for the night. The last tram back leaves relatively early so they stayed out until the first tram back about 6am. A fabulous, relaxing holiday which was enjoyed by three generations.

We loved our stay at the villa and did not want to come home. German greeted us and showed us around when we arrived he also arranged our taxi’s to the airport. Went went on many trips on the tram into El Campello as needed to get food. The villa was a great size for us all especially handy having two kitchens. The pool was always warm and the beach below was amazing snorkelling in the sea which was also warm. Thankyou German for a lovely stay will return again in the future..

Beautiful villa in a superb location
Family of 6 adults had a wonderful week at Villa Sunrise. The villa was huge both inside and out. Lovely pool and terrace with amazing views out to sea. Great location less than a minutes walk to the tram line. German met us upon arrival and showed us around his home. Very easy to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble. Such a great location right on the beach, the sound of the waves at night was so soothing. Would highly recommend and will definitely look to make a return visit

Outdoor area & view were superb, some of the outdoor seating in need of refurbishment but overall fine. The terrace was both spacious & well furnished to take in the sea views. Kitchen well equipped & everything we needed for a relaxing few days break. Downside the boiler broke on the first day resulting in no hot water for 3 days, to be fair to Germán he did all he could to have it repaired but it did impact on our holiday having plumbers in for 3 days & the inconvenience of no hot showers. Overall a lovely property for a quiet holiday which is ideally located via the tram to El Campello & Alicante.

Great Place in a great location
We are a family with grown ups and we used Villa Sunrise as a gathering point flying in from different places. The nice host German is a fast responder on messages and helped us with taxi and all of our questions before arrival and also under our stay. I can strongly recommend this villa for short or longer stay, you will get a fantastic calm vacation in a very nice and spacious villa with it´s beautiful pool and garden.

Disappointing
We were a family of 7 adults and 3 children, including a young toddler. German and Maria met us on arrival and showed us around and are very easy to communicate with throughout the holiday. Unfortunately the property was a disappointment and we would not describe it as a luxury property as advertised., though it is apparent it once was. The house and garden were not in the condition expected for a luxury villa but we're somewhat neglected. There had been a problem with blinds, the T.V and WiFi which initially wouldn't work. The sun loungers were in poor condition and one is in need of repair, as is the pool which also needs some repair around the edges. The BBQ is very old and falling apart and difficult to light. There were no toys for the children as advertised which was also a disappointment and the house is generally cluttered and not child friendly. The basement toilet was also very smelly. The large tree in the garden is overgrown and blocking light to the house and garden, putting it in the shade in the afternoon and blocking views from the villa. On the positive side, the bedrooms were all a good size with plenty of storage space and the beds are very comfortable. Despite the issues we still had a good holiday but it is unlikely we will return.

I am sorry but we do not understand Taylor's comenta about the property. because 95% of our clients calify Sunrise villa as a 5 stars and luxury place. We tried to do our best to help them while staying in the property. Unfortunately we had an electricity problem not depending on us but from the electricity company which we tried to solve even late in the night and acting as soon as the client told us.

Wonderfull house to spend time with family or friends
We had some unforgettable days there! The location and garden are really stunning. Points to improve: 1) jacuzzi is not working, they should mention this in the information. 2) There are various notes in the house asking to use electricity consumers (as dishwashers etc.) only at some off peak hours, in our opinion this is not done when you have guests over paying a good price for the house. But these are minor things, overall a great place to spend time with family. Thank you German and Mayca!

Estuvimos en esta casa por 15 días, fuimos un grupo familiar que buscábamos un lugar donde poder pasar unos días de descanso, y que estuviera cerca del mar y reuniera algunas características especiales. Esta bonita casa las reunió todas, limpia, cómoda y con un mar precioso a nuestros pies, con facilidad para personas con movilidad reducida, y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días de playa y piscina maravillosos. En cuanto podamos regresaremos encantados de nuevo. Nuestro agradecimiento a sus dueños German y su señora, personas encantadoras y atentas que esperamos volver a ver. Absolutamente recomendable.

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en este increíble chalet. No le falta detalle y tiene todas las comodidades del mundo. BEAUTIFUL VILLA
Sunrise villa is beautiful with amazing sea views, large gardens excellent pool. German met us on arrival to show us around his stunning property and was available on WhatsApp should we need anything, german was very helpful with any questions we had and helped with booking a taxi and information on the local area with shops restaurants and tram service. We were a family of 5 children and 7 adults the property accommodated us perfectly, theres private gate access down to the beach and the gardens and pool area were an amazing space. I highly recommend sunrise villa ghis is an outstanding property and Germans hospitality. Regards Karen & family

Perfect Family Christmas and New Years Reunion in Spain

The pool was a little cold although this was to be expected at this time of year. The sea was warmer so we spent time snorkeling and because of the rocks, there were lots of fish to see. Water shoes are essential however. The tram is around the corner and so accessible. German organised an airport transfer for us and this was a great service, working out around €10 p.p each way. There was no need for a car, as the tram stopped outside supercor supermarket only 2 stops away. This really was a fantastic villa, and I cant recommend it enough. We would love to come back. The only thing that would have made it perfect, was if there had been a kayak, or paddle board at the villa to use in the sea, as I could not find anywhere close by to rent one. All in all this is definitely a 5 star location, and I want to thank German for opening up his home to us.

Thank you for your kind and honest comments. You are right about kayaks or paddle boards availability; we have rented them for other clients on request but may be it would be useful to provide this service by buying some devices.

Great property in a very good location
The house and surrounding it is in very good condition, very beautiful garden completely closed and consequently very child friendly. Then only one minute walk to the train stop, which runs every half hour to both Benidorm and Alicante, no car needed. The view is very beautiful with the sea directly outside. We enjoyed staying in the house and its surroundings for ten days, and highly recommend it. Thanks for us, we´ll be back.

Vi var 9 vuxna och ett spädbarn och huset överträffade alla våra förväntningar. Fantastiskt med hiss i huset då en av oss hade problem med att gå i trappor. Perfekt att det låg så nära tramen så man lätt kunde ta sig till El Campello eller Alicante. Gångavstånd till flera mysiga restarunager i Coveta Fuma.
