Hieno sijainti! Merinäköala, yksinäinen ranta, lahti ja uima-altaat!

  • Villa Toucan on ihastuttava kolmen makuuhuoneen huvila, jossa on 2. 5 kylpyhuonetta sijaitsevat yksinäisellä laella 25 minuutin päässä Liberian kansainväliseltä lentokentältä. Merinäköala, 1 minuutin kävelymatka rannalle, uima-allas ja ravintola. Voit nähdä ja kuulla sekä valtameren aallot että ulvovat apinat tästä Villasta!
    Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä on runsaasti mahdollisuuksia kaikille aktiviteeteille, joista Costa Rica tunnetaan: vaellus, lintujen tarkkailu, melonta, koskenlasku koskenlaskuun, katosmatkat, kilpikonnien tarkkailu, kuuma lähteen hyppy, apinoilla apinoilla tekeminen, villieläinten katselu, kahvinviljelyretket, maastopyöräily, ratsastus ja paljon muuta.

    Villa on muutaman askeleen päässä rannasta Bahia Pez Vela Resortissa Playa Octotalin vieressä ja 5 km päässä Playa del Cocosta. Tämä lomakeskus on VAIN omaisuus tällä yksinäisellä rannalla, jossa on runsaasti rauhaa ja hiljaisuutta. Tämä huvila on yksi ranta-alueen huviloista (toinen rivi rannalta), joten se on helppo, alle minuutin kävelymatka rannalle, uima-allas ja ravintola. Voit kuulla Tyynen valtameren aallot ja ulvovien apinoiden tuiskahtumisen läheisistä puista tästä täysin varustetusta kaksitasoista kodista ja nähdä, että Hummingbirds tarkistaa ne kukat, jotka olemme istuttaneet heille.     Laskuveden aikana voit kävellä Playa Ocotaliin, joka on suurempi ranta ja jolla on muutama ravintola ja hotelli. Se on muuten nopea (5 km) ajomatka Playa Cocoon, joka on vilkas kaupunki, jossa on paljon vesiurheilua, ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Huvilan lähellä on runsaasti aktiviteetteja, kuten sukellusta, kalastusta, snorklausta, valaiden katselua, lintujen tarkkailua ja katosretkiä. Voit jopa saada hierontaa rannalla.

    Huvilassa on olohuone, keittiö ja ruokailutila, ulkoterassi, jossa grilli ja kolme makuuhuonetta / 2. 5 kylpyä. Yhdessä BR: ssä on king-vuode, oma kylpyhuone ja parveke. Toinen makuuhuone on täydellinen lapsiperheelle tai vain lapsille, joilla on 3 erillistä vuodetta. Kolmas BR on queen-vuode ja taitettava sohva (taittuu suureksi kaksoisvuodeksi). Olohuoneen sohva taittuu myös queen-vuodeksi ja meillä on ilmapatja, joka voidaan paisuttaa vielä yhdelle sielulle. Huvilassa on myös ilmastointi, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, mikroaaltouuni, dvd-soitin, langaton internet ja astianpesukone.

    Villa Toucan on 1. 5 tunnin ajomatkan päässä kolmesta tulivuoresta
    (Tenorio, Miravalles ja Ricon de la Vieja), useita kansallisia
    puistot (Palo Verde, Ricon de la Vieja, Tenorio, Santa Rosa,
    Playa Grande) ja kymmeniä päiväretkiä, mukaan lukien
    lintujen tarkkailu, katosretket, kalastus, ratsastus, koskenlasku, vaellus, sukellus ja kilpikonnien tarkkailu. Kaksi Costa Ricaa
    tärkeimmät turistikohteet: Arenalin tulivuori ja

Henry was amazing for helping us prepare for travel. He answered all of our questions and provided us with great information prior to our arrival. The location was right on the money. We travelled with 4 kids and 5 adults and we all had a great time. The pool was well loved an the ocean being steps away made the kids vacation. We will be booking again!

Beautiful private beach

Villa Tucan was just as described, spacious and comfortable for our family of five. The black sand beach was beautiful and right next to the pools. We loved it!

Great location and accommodations

The property is well maintained and beautifully situated on a mostly private bay. Beautiful views and beach. Snorkeling was great right off the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Family Getaway

Christmas break in Costa Rica

We had an incredible stay in Ocatal. The location and villa were perfect for our needs traveling with our 3 adult daughters. Plenty of space, house was comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and the location to the beach/pools was ideal. Hope to come back someday.

Beautiful beach

What a lovely vacation at Villa Toucan. Jackie and Cesar were very friendly and accommodating. The air conditioner broke and was replaced the same day. The owner of the property was also very prompt to respond to our inquiries. We used local taxis to get to Coco Beach for grocers and some meals. Walking is virtually impossible given the hills and heat. The location is extremely peaceful and we enjoyed sitting outside to bird watch. The beach truly was the highlight for us. We did some snorkeling and saw plenty of fish along the rocks that surrounded it. It was perfect for swimming and had a sandy bottom. This is our 4th time to Costa Rica, we love the local people who are so friendly.

A Hidden Gem

We rented Villa #6 in Pez Vela for a short stay in April 2023. We loved the Villa. It had everything we needed. The Kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed to cook our own meals. Sitting outside at night was wonderful, the lush landscaping is full of tropical plants and trees. The beach is a short walk ( a block ). There is a pool that only the members or renters can use so it is quieter and more private. We ate at the restaurant by the pool. Their food was fabulous. If you like a challenging hike, you can walk from Pez Vela Beach to Ocotal Beach. We would surely rent there again. Side Note: this was during Easter week and all the local people flood the beaches, because Pez Vela is more private the beach was not overcrowded like the other beaches. And the sunsets are out of this world beautiful!

We had excellent communication with the hosts who sent us all kinds of helpful information about the property, surrounding area and activities. Great time in Costa Rica

My wife and I had to cancel a family trip due to illness, so we decided to check out villas in Costa Rica on short notice.The owners were very quick to respond and took time to answer any questions we had , and gave us tips as well. Highly recommend the house the location and the on site restaurant !!. We will book again in the future.

Costa Roca Family Vacation

This villa was perfect for our family. The resort is down the road from Playa Coco where you can get groceries and any other supplies you might need. The house is well appointed and beds were comfortable. We had a large group, including a 4 year old and the proximity to the beach and pool was perfect.

Paradise in Costa Rica

First of all, we experienced such generous and thoughtful communication with Liz and Henry, who made our entire experience flawless and perfect. They gave us so much advice, which was invaluable as it was our first time to Costa Rica. Our family of 6 adults spent one week at Villa Toucan, which exceeded our expectations. The furniture and decor is comfortable with some updates. While we did think it could maybe have more chairs in the living room for the number of adults we had, there was plenty of space for us all to stretch out. The beds were all very comfortable (We slept so well!); there was a fabulous dining table and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed to make some wonderful meals. We were also grateful for an abundance of beach towels and a laundry room. The location of the townhouse for us was excellent, with close proximity to the beach and pool -- this made going to the ocean oh so easy! And the resort's restaurant (by the pool) is very good. We ate there for New Year's and thoroughly enjoyed it. The nearest town, Coco, is about a 12 minute drive away and had some excellent grocery stores and a fresh fish store, as well as numerous restaurants. We loved that we were in a quiet beach of our own, which was never over crowded. Everyone (residents, guests, staff and locals) was very friendly and we definitely feel we want to return again and again to Villa Toucan and its gorgeous location. This was by far one of our favorite vacations!

The Tuscan Villa is very clean and steps away from the beach! Beautiful views and the local people whom take care of the properties treat you like family😊Our family of five felt at home and very safe!

Beach and Quiet

There were six of us (3 adults and 3 kids) and we had a fantastic time...the kids were water logged at the end of four nights. The beach was quiet and the on-sight restaurant was good too...although I would recommend a trip to the bay over and Father Roosters. Lovely birds as well as Howler monkeys. We did a few day trips to parks and pottery - perhaps a little far but looking at the map, I don’t see a great alternative so would not slight it - about 60-90min drive one way. Although Playa Coco is right next door and all the food and entertainment amenities to boot. Would certainly recommend and hope to be back. Thx G

Very special place!

Wonderful stay at Villa #6! Very comfortable place with many options for larger groups. We were only 3, but it could easily sleep many more. Very close to the beach. Two great pools to use with advantages to both. Loved going kayaking. The food & service at the restaurant were both excellent, but I also recommend going to Roosters nearby. Enjoyed playing games outside in the back of the house & also at the bigger pool. Enjoyed watching the solar eclipse while we were there. A baby fox came by to visit us the last night. We saw monkeys & birds. There were papayas on the tree outside, but unfortunately they were not ripe yet. They can be cooked up when still green, but I didn't try that. If you go, there's a great taco stand in Coco by one of the grocery stores.

Fantastic vacation in this idyllic location -

Perfect 4 days in a beautiful, tucked away spot with a private beach, beautiful views, restaurant onsite but a short 10 minute drive to town that has everything you need. Villa is spacious and wonderfully equipped, beds very comfortable, nice outdoor patios to take in the views. Will definitely go back. Owner provided extensive information on the property. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Stay at Villa Toucan

Our family of 4 had a great week at Villa Toucan. The description and images of the villa are very accurate. We enjoyed having coffee each morning on the outdoor patio and watching the birds and monkeys. We spent many days hanging out at the pool and going back and forth to the ocean. The beach is very private and the water calm. We did a lot of snorkeling along the edges of the beach/cove and saw a lot of very cool and colorful fish. The restaurant at the pool is an added bonus. The food and service is great, and the kids especially enjoyed the smoothies and ice cream. All in all, a great trip. Thanks for sharing Villa Toucan with us!

Excellent location amongst the group of villas!

Good location, good time! The restaurant on the site has the best service and best food within 15 Km (10 miles) Great, clean pools and wonderful proximity to the ocean! The unit was spacious and clean, but needs the plumbing; toilets, faucets, counter tops upgraded to 2018 standards. The office staff, pool and restaurant staff were exceptional. With the plumbing and other upgrades completed, I'd give a 5 star. Norm Mole PS For what I paid for the Toucan unit I could rent a brand new two bedroom, two bathroom unit 2 minutes away from Pez Vela for THREE MONTHS (no pool and not close to the ocean/beach .

The Villa exceeded our expectations!!

It was our first time in Costa Rica and we had several questions before our trip. The owners of our Villa were always very responsive to our questions and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed the location and office staff at Bahia Pez Vela. Ceasar and Jackie did an amazing job helping us with all of the tours we booked while we were there.

Great place to stay

I stayed at Villa Tucan for 5 nights on a girls getaway. It is a spacious 3 bedroom condo that is very close to the beach, pool and on site restaurant. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean and the decorations were cheerful. There is also plenty to do nearby. The condo is in a development called Playa Pez Vela which is in its own beautiful and secluded black sand cove. The snorkeling from the beach is fantastic and at low tide one can walk on the rocks and tide pools to the next cove over (Playa Ocotal). The waves in the cove are small and it is a great place to swim. Of course, the pool was refreshing and beautiful. We took a number of walks from the Villa where we saw Howler monkeys, colorful birds, scuttling crabs, iguanas and the biggest toad ever. The staff at the Playa Pez Vela was really helpful and responded immediately when we had an issue. The owners, Henry and Liz, are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place as a base for travelling in this part of Costa Rica.

We spent three wonderful days at Villa Toucan, it was just as described. We loved how close it is to the pool and the beach and loved being able to go snorkeling just off the beach. We would definitely come back again.
