”The hotel can't be reached by car, which has to be left in a garage quite some distance away. When trying to get a taxi, none were available. Response from the hotel was not satisfactory, but some mitigating actions were taken in the following day. There was a church bell tolling every half an hour in daytime. The plaza in front of the hotel was a building site.”

As all restaurants were closed on December 24th, the receptionist allowed us to exceptionally to have dinner at the hotel and was very attentive to us. The breakfast was very well furnished, with many sweet and salty options. The whole hotel and the rooms were clean and quiet (although, the doors are not soundproofed so you can hear people talking in the hallway).”
