”Great place, well furnished and equipped. Floor to ceiling windows. Staff were working to fix the broken AC when we arrived, which thankfully worked. Complex is Directly on the beach with several lounge chairs and umbrella areas on the property. It’s a rocky beach in front of the hotel but good swimming on the left near the river. ”

”For international travelers expecting a normal hotel room, I would carefully review details about this hotel. If you're accustom to staying in hotels that cater to local citizens, you might be happy here. They seem to cater to families with kids who want to hang around the pools. ”

”Very safe feeling neighborhood. No problem walking around at night. The hotel complex is also safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially the manager Jesus. Pool was clean and refreshing. There are lot flowers and plants which blow a lot leaves and petal in the pool in the windy afternoons. It makes for a lot of laughs trying to keep them out. The beach is about 6 to7 blocks but very walkable. There is a pizza place a block and a half and a restaurant named...

”Communication from the owner was excellent. The staff was amazing and patient with our lack of Spanish. The food was delicious and made dining stress free for my wife and me. The grounds and pool were also quite nice. If “bang for your buck” is a priority, I recommend La Maracuya. It’s a little remote, but we wanted some quiet time, and the location didn’t prevent us from exploring. We visited the pacific beaches and El Valle de Anton via rental car. Thanks for caring for us during our stay!”

Saapuessamme hoteliin - lennon myöhästyttyä - noin klo 23.15 meidät ohjattiin huoneeseen, josta merelle ei ollut mitään näköalaa... Emme sitä ottaneet vastaan. Vasta lähes 2 h kestäneidem väittelyjen jälkeen ja hotellin johtajan puututtua asiaan saatiin asia ratkaistuksi kannaltamme oikein... oli kyllä kohtuutonta riidellä siihen mennessä jo yli vuorokauden matkustamisen jälkeen asiasta, jonka piti olla selvä... toivon...

”Estoy muy decepcionado con este hotel. Mi reservación confirmada de Expedia no fue registrada en el hotel, y no tenía cupo cuando llegue. Luego me encontraron una habitación por una noche, no siendo la clase de habitación reservada, y avisándome que no tenía la reservación de Expedia. Luego cuando regrese varias horas después, cambiaron el cuento avisando que ya tenía la reservación de Expedia, pero por una solo noche, y igual no me dieron la clase de habitación reservada por Expedia.”

”The room was nice, the staff were friendly, but very few spoke more than a few words of English. The food and amenities were excellent! Would have liked consistent hot water in the hotel - it was nice some days, but more often it was lukewarm at best, even after running for 5 minutes. ?”

”I had some trouble at the gate but I believe that I missed a step and did not have the necessary QR code for entrance, but that gave me a chance to experience the quards professionalism and courtesy. Same for the people at quest services. The small apartment was immaculate and comfortable. ”

”Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel. ”

”Yövyimme 3 yötä Manglar Lodgessa Panaman matkamme alussa. Hotelli on sopivan pieni ja rauhallinen. Palvelu hotellissa oli erinomaista ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Huone oli moderni ja erittäin siisti. El Palmar on paikkana pieni ja palveluita hotellin/ hotellien läheisyydessä ei juurikaan ollut. Toisaalta juuri se loi alueen rauhallisen ilmapiirin, joten läheinen ranta/ hiekkasärkkä oli parina päivänä vain meidän.. Coronadossa n. 10 km El Palmarista tarjolla enemmän palveluja ja kauppoja....

”Great location right on the beach. Spectacular panorama at a very reasonable price. Nice swimming pool and deck area. Easy access to the beach. Room was modest but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and it seemed “family-run.” The on site restaurant had a good free breakfast and other meals available, with a great view of the ocean. The hotel is hard to access because the road going to the hotel requires a very difficult dangerous and illegal turn across a busy highway, or you have to...

”The first room they gave us was dirty and had a dead roach on the floor. Also didn’t have hot water. The second room was cleaner but still water was not hot and room had very poor lighting. Shower head has to be replaced as it splashes everywhere except directly down. Pool areas were nice. ”
