”Excelente toda la estadia, el personal de recepcion, restaurantes, limpieza y servicios inmejorable. Lo unico malo, el personal de reservaciones, increible la forma de tratar las reservas, no habia visto antes, un acto de autosabotaje a su propia empresa y/o marca. Casi me hacen cancelar el viaje y/o cambiarme de hotel el dia antes. Creo que cualquiera de los excelentes empleados de recepcion haria de lejos mejor eses trabajo. ”

”We had to book last-minute after our original hotel canceled, and we’re so grateful we ended up here! The location is fantastic—close to a lot of restaurants and Parque de Los Gatos—and the breakfast was a lovely touch each morning. The room was small, but clean and comfortable, and given the circumstances, it was a great find. We’ll definitely be back!

”It was the first time we stay & the staff is friendly & exceptional service. The only thing the parking is not from the hotel & we pay every 24 hour for parking service but it was cheap. Overall we had a great experience! We stayed for four nights & also the breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to the staff to make my husband birthday very memorable. I will definitely stay again. ”
