”Staff personnel was less than kind to my wife as I made the reservation in my name and paid ahead of time for my wife and Mother in law. Forgive me for making the reservation in my name!!!! He didn’t believe my wife with same last name and address was related to me!!! But I digress! They got in and slept well. Please be more kind.”

”Manager not helpful. Advertised rollaway beds and was told by manager that seemed to have an attitude that they don't provide them. Morning desk clerk said that they did have rollaway beds after we had to book extra room. Extra $300 to pay for another room.”

”Holes in the walls and infested with spiders and dirty sheets”

”Evidently our reservation was cancelled and even though we had a confirmation number, the "system" didn't recognize it and they had no rooms available. Although, with the looks of the other guests and open containers of alcohol I think they did us a favor and we stayed at the Hampton Inn instead and enjoyed a beautiful and comfortable stay.”

”First of all when we first got in the room there was a strong smell of mildew and dried urine on the toilet seat. I called the front desk and they came down and cleaned the toilet seat. Then I couldn’t sleep because I was itching like crazy. I finally fell asleep after the sun came up and had to check out by 11am. When I woke up my left arm was swollen pretty bad. Later that evening I went to the ER to have it checked out and found out I was bitten multiple times all over my body by bed bugs. I...

”Very good and quiet room. We had a good sleep. The breakfast wasn't too brilliant, but at least there was a breakfast. Easy checkout and handy parking in front of your door. The check-in could have been friendlier. After all it was a good choice, nothing much to complain about. ”

”When we first checked in, the staff was great, but when we had to extend our stay, they seemed to catch a attitude. I'm willing to give them another chance , because maybe the just had a bad day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend.”

”The properties for sale so nothing’s getting fixed. Management is waiting to decide whether or not they get to keep their job. I guess room didn’t have a phone in it and the TV didn’t work. Not good.”

”Extremely quiet, clean, and well stocked. Safe area with plenty of shopping and entertainment within a 5 mile radius. Breakfast was 9.5/10. Would be 10/10 with some salsa for the eggs. Will definitely stay again in the future.”

”Ice machine broken Linens and towels not changed nor made up during our stay. Stained carpets Sticky mess in front of elevator on ground floor not cleaned the entire time. Garbage outside front floor overflowing Night girl laying on couch in breakfast area watching TV sleeping Impolite staff when returning room keys. Breakfast was good The rooms were clean but over all things could have been a little better”

”Everything brand new, very CLEAN rooms!”

”I travel with a very clean, well groomed service dog. Hotels often put you in a pet room which is fine but at least remove the carpet. The room smelled pretty sour from previous pets. Even my dog was offended by whatever was in the carpet. It was only one night, so I put up with it, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.”

”Overall was a good stay. Several people in our group had issues with their reservations and management wasn’t helpful. Those that paid for bigger rooms that weren’t available had to pay a higher price for 2 rooms.”

”The room was SOOO comfortable. Beds were dreamy soft and it was very quiet. My husband really liked it and he enjoyed the pool. I did not use the pool. Only fault I found was some of the furniture - like the occasional tables - are a little worn. But the awesome early morning desk staff more than made up for it.”
