”The presence of a pool is misleading. Small and literally zero pool deck around it. Also wedged in between three buildings and a giant window to the lobby. Literally a fishbowl with no where to relax in the sun. LA is known for the sunshine. Dealbreaker. Otherwise cute-ish hotel. Old. ”

”It was just ok. For the price I feel like the service and amenities could have been better. Took forever to get anything from the front desk. Bathroom was tiny with no space to put anything. Bed is in the middle of the room with no night stand. ”

”Parking is limited but on site, clean room for the most part, towels were stained. Very stuffy inside and pipes in bathrooms stink, staff not so friendly, very serious and straight to the point so it’s still okay. Overall 3/5 for price and location, not bad for the price range, private and safe”

”They charged me on the days I didn't stay. The manager and staff were rude and unhelpful. The rooms were gross, and the environment was very noisy, making it hard to sleep. ”

”We had a pleasant stay. Room was in good condition and the place was one of the cleanest inns we stayed at during out stay in California. This visit exceeded our expectations. Also the staff was helpful when the laundry room dryer malfunctioned, and took care of our laundry in the middle of the night. I recommend. ”

”I've been staying at Relax Inn on and off for well over 8 years. All the rooms I've been in have been super clean, they've even upgraded the rooms over the years (new flooring/furnature etc). The staff has always been super friendly with me, often accommodating early check-ins or my request for preferred rooms. From Santa Monica to DTLA, the location is perfect for anything relevant in most of LA. For the superb location of the place alone, their prices are incredibly cheap. I'll add, some of...
