Jardines del Mar is an apartment located in Tabaiba Baja on the seafront, offering spectacular views of the Atlantic. This property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (both with shower). The master bedroom is en suite with private bathroom and double bed; then we have the second bedroom with double bed and the third is a small room that can be used for teleworking/studying. The apartment has a flat screen TV, well equipped kitchen with dining area and a chillout balcony/terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sea views. The apartment has a private parking space.



Also in the same complex we can enjoy spectacular facilities where we can make use of swimming pool, paddle tennis courts, gym, tennis courts...

In the lower part of the building we can find two restaurants; LA FAMILIA, restaurant specializing in hamburgers and ARTADI BEACH restaurant with all kinds of food; there is also a minimarket; Less than 5 min by car and 10min walking we have another supermarket and another restaurant, EL SALITRE with specialties in rice and fish.

ACTIVITIES:

Below the building there are several diving schools.

The village of RADAZUL and its marina where there are rentals of jet skis and boats without license.

TOURISM:

To the south we have the village of Candelaria and its basilica. The capital of the island, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, is 13.5 km away (10 minutes by car) and the closest airport is Tenerife North, located 18 km away (22 minutes by car).
