”Very enjoyable. Minor item is that there is no a/c in the kitchen, and it was too hot to spend much time there.Otherwise, we really enjoyed this and woul go back for a similar trip.”

”What a stunning property, our group was visiting for a birthday and found we just wanted to spend most of our time in El Tunco in the backyard. We hired Chef Javi for a dinner, and had an amazing papusa breakfast prepared one morning. It’s not a brand new property but it’s clean and spacious.”

”My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The host had great communication from beginning to end! The house and location were beautiful! Easy access peaceful private beach in the back, hammocks to relax as u enjoy the sound of the waves. The caretakers Artemio and his wife were the best!!!They both attended us for every need we asked for with a smile, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best and making sure the property was well taken care of(hard workers)...

”The property itself is beautiful but the description is misleading starting with the fact that only the bedrooms have AC. When the host listed living room and kitchen has ceiling fans I would’ve never imagined that meant no AC. Also I’ll like to point out that if you’re planning on renting due to it being beach front I have to mention the beach is not swimmable and is very dangerous. The mattresses are very uncomfortable to the point you can feel the springs and the pillows are flat. Also they...

”The star system only went to 5....I would have given more. The whole property was exceptionally clean daily, the communication with owner and team on site was exceptional, helpful in everyway. The house was accommodating exactly what we needed. Access to the beach a gate away. Our family will be back soon to this property next time we return, wiithout question.”

”This place is beautiful and has breathtaking views. The only awkward thing was the sleeping rooms were separate from the main living space. The place seems to be a new listing so I will make some recommendations to make other’s stay a bit more pleasant. Please turn the AC on before your guests arrive. The rooms were sweltering and took the whole day to cool off. Please add some towel hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms. Please provide allergy friendly soaps. I know we were warned about no soap...

The property was very beautiful with breath taking views a perfect get away spot nice and quiet right by the beach.
