”This house is exactly as advertised! Lots of space for a large family or a group of friends. Really fun place to dip in the sea across the street and down a bunch of stairs… Not for young children, though. 10 minute walk to old town and a 20 minute walk to the pier with boats to take to the outlying islands. Lovely welcome from the house manager with instructions about everything in the home.”

”We had a lovely 4 nights stay in the deluxe studio apartment. The room was quite small but had everything we needed. The location was great: peaceful neighbourhood and a short walking distance from a beautiful beach, grocery store and bus stop. Only a 15 min walk to the Lapad beach promenade. We highly appreciated Martin’s hospitality and helpfulness! He even enabled the stay at the apartment yard and pool area after the check out time.”

”Villa Miri is so beautiful! The interior, the three bedrooms, the outdoor area, the kitchen. Everything was clean and everything necessary was to find. We were five girls and it suited us very well! We all agreed that the location, right outside Old town, was perfect. It is close to both beaches and sightseeing. The communication with the agent was easy and very welcoming. They helped with transfer to and from airport and she was very sweet at check-in and also with helping us find good spots...

”We were so surprised - the photos don’t do it justice! Everything was immaculate and the host was lovely. Just to note- parking is very limited and anything larger than a small car won’t be able to access the narrow lane. Also, the route from the apartment to the beach is VERY steep- so not suitable for people with mobility issues. ”

”First time to Dubrovnik, and we couldn’t have picked a better location. There were only two of us,, so each had a nice sized room, bed and bathroom, and all had been beautifully updated. The apt. Was accessible from the upper wall of the Ols City, or from the main level of the city. You could hear lively conversations & singing when the windows were open, but was very quiet when closed & sleeping. The only problem was that we couldn’t stay longer!”

Mara fantastic to work with – answered questions before we arrived and was very responsive for a few questions we had while we were there. The house is short drive from Old Town (15 minutes) so a convenient location if you want to be a little away from the crowds.
