”Ac didn’t work in first room they accommodated and moved me to another room only issue was it was Saturday night and it was above their restaurant and bar and the music was so loud it shook your floor and you had to liste in to it until 12 pm. After I said something they accommodated me again moved me to a quiet room and gave me a free night. So if you do ever have an issue there speak up and they will most definitely make it correct. ”We really enjoyed our stay at Buoy Haus. The property was well kept and felt upscale as we had hoped. Our room was very clean and the entire staff was always friendly, helpful and polite. We saw some staffing issues with staff not showing up and previous staff having to stay late or work a second shift etc. We definitely felt horrible for those employees since they work so hard, and hopefully they are able to work out those kinks in order to keep the great staff they have.
