”Checked in to a room on the first floor. A/C was unplugged, had to get down on the floor to plug in. Found candy on the rug and a small backpack under the chair. When we went to go out the sliding doors, we noticed that the lock was hanging on with one screw. Front desk was very quick to give us a another room up on the second floor.”

”The bathroom was dirty, shower was gross to the point of being unusable, and the floors were dirty. Whoever parked outside our window kept activating their headlights right into our room, and the blinds did little to nothing to block out the headlights. The sheets and pillowcases were washed in cleaning products that made it hard for us to breathe and gave my wife an asthma attack last night. My child also had breathing trouble in the room. We had to leave the motel and go across the street last...

”Everything was fine there. Service staff for the most part was up to expectations.on first day there charged a bar tab to the room. After about an hour I received a phone call from desk while asleep.told me that my charge would not go through. Then they explained that they are having problems with a new system that would not let a room charge go through from the bar. I said I’m in bed and will take care of it in the morning. Bar manager insisted I come down and take care of it immediately. Came...

”Staff is perfect. Room is fine. What trashes the place is the pool. No tables in or out to sit at. The side door isn’t locked at night.”
