They are very attentive to their guests and are genuinely concerned with making sure you are taken care of. We had dinner one night at Ma Ruby’s and it was good. Our room was nice and had a balcony. The water pressure is very weak but I think that’s everywhere in the Bahamas. The big jacuzzi in our room unfortunately did not work. ”The property is stunning, beautiful. The beach is the most beautiful one I have ever seen. However food and drinks at this particular hotel are overpriced. Other properties located at the same beach had about $10 below for same drinks and same food. This hotel is definitely overpriced. Also worth noting, at Harbor island they include mandatory tip (18-20%), and a different kind of tax that is 10% on top of that, so the bill comes out much higher than expected. ”The cottages are well spaced apart so feels very private. Pool and outdoor showers were nice. Malcolm 51 is an excellent dining experience and the food and drinks on the beach were very good fish tacos and lobster sandwiches and pina coladas are a must.
