”The property was very clean...imacculate actually. My only real complaint was that the listing did not include a picture of the outside view of the property. I had no clue that the property was a townhouse before I committed to it and I was confused upon arrival since the listing didn't give any indication that it wasn't a separate house. Other than that one issue, our stay was quite pleseant.”

”There were 2 dogs across the hall from our room. Their owners left them all evening and went out for dinner with friends. The dogs barked all evening. People down the hall were shouting 'Shut UP!!!'.
I called the front desk and they came up and first told me there were no rooms for me to move to. Why should I move? Then they told me they didn't have a key to the room where the dogs were. Really, no master key? A lie...
I thought about just leaving that night but had a long drive...
