”Excellent hotel all around. The lobby and rooms are in great condition - it's surprising that the building is about to undergo renovations in late 2026! The front desk and breakfast staff were great. Location is very quiet and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.”

”Absolutely the “budget option” every time I’ve stayed here my room has been clean but the property is not well maintained outside and is very outdated so oddly doesn’t always feel that way if it makes sense. The staff have always been helpful! I HATE the pothole at the entrance to the parking lot. That needs to be fixed asap genuinely such a hazard.”

”The main thing that bothered me was the fact that my grandsons we not allowed to use the pool at all. Period. He implied “guests cannot use the pool” I said “well am I a guest?” He said “no” so I was genuinely confused. The room had already been paid for so I just said nvm. However. It is July and hot outside and there is no where to control the A/C. Bizarre! My deposit also he said “can take up to 10 days to get back on debit card.” This was insane ! NEVER AGAIN”

”This location was very clean in the common areas as well as the room being fairly new with the beds very comfortable. Staff was very helpful as there was a slight complication with the reservation, and it was taken care of properly and professionally.. And very close to the highway for easy access.”

”The room had dog fur on the couch. The bathtub had rust in it. We requested for a late checkout and were denied. This is not heard of for an hour extension. The breakfast was not manned and the food was over. The guests were kept waiting. Overall this hotel is ok, if you can avoid it would be better.”

”Very clean room, super nice staff. The breakfast was top notch (try the lemon or churro flavored waffles, they were outstanding!) It’s a nice quiet hotel and I felt very comfortable there. When I visit my family in East Lansing, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.”

”Bathroom and bedroom was clean. Actual bathroom fixtures wear shining. Good supply of towels and toiletries also. Lots of shops nearby - Walmart and fine clothing stores - The Gap, Victoria Secret etc. Hotel located in Eastwood shopping area with wonderful restaurants in Eastwood shopping area along with other restaurants down the street on Lansing St. Blvd. There is also a bank close by.”

”Chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub. At check out we find out the entire area is closed. a relaxing date night before picking up our baby girl from camp didn't turn out like we hoped at all for the price we paid.”

”Did not like being charged $10 for parking. Hard to get out of the garage.”
