”Our second year staying in this home. The house was clean and well appointed. The host is attentive and very helpful.”

”This is a spacious, beautiful oceanfront home with everything you need for rest and relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped and all of the mattresses were very comfortable. Highly recommend. Perfect for families.”

”This rental far exceeded our expectations! It was more than a house… it was home! Every room was extremely clean and brilliantly decorated. Our stay coincided with weather of extremely high temperatures but we were more than comfortable as the house has fantastic air conditioning. It was about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Cape Neddick Beach and Harbor /Lobster Pound Restaurant. I will recommend this house to all my family and friends.”

”We loved our time in ogunquit. The house is very charming and it has everything you need. Even things we didn’t know we needed! Location could not be better. We will for sure be back next summer!”

”We arrived after 2 days of travel from N.C at 8pm. The pictures of the cottage were deceiving. The top floor had the master with no bathroom and the stairs to climb were quite precarious for 2 people of 70 years. The other bedroom was in the lowest level and smelled like a basement ,and had a lot of stairs as well. The main floor contained the kitchen with a stove that was rusted and dirty as well as the refrigerator didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The host could not help us and also told...

”We stayed at this property for a second year in a row and it was great once again!! The walk to the beach is so convenient and the house was very clean. We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back!”

”Very nice location on the lake was very pleased on everything that was offered it had canoes paddle boards fishing poles and a bunch more than what was expected and will definitely use this place again for my next trip”

”This home is absolutely gorgeous—the photos truly don’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the space. We were welcomed with a thoughtful bottle of rosé and cookies, which was such a nice touch and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The house is spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. One thing we especially appreciated was how well-stocked the kitchen was. It had everything we needed for cooking, entertaining, and enjoying meals...

”I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. I walked the few blocks to the ocean everyday, multiple times a day to walk for hours on the beaches. I got food from a nice little Italian restaurant (Capri) just a block away. The...

”This place was fantastic. We went with three kids, 2 dogs and six adults. Plenty of room, very comfortable spaces, tons of beach stuff and the kitchen had everything that you need. Communication was great, very fast to get back to us when we had questions. Beach access was nice and the neighborhood is cute and quiet.”

”Lovely home in a great location. Host is very responsive and quick to fix any issues that might arise. House has a great fire pit in back perfect for relaxing and making smores (which are very thoughtfully provided!). Can’t wait to visit again.”

”The property is beautifully decorated, clean, well supplied & in excellent condition. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room & we all loved sitting around the fire pit & several used the hot tub. We definitely recommend Walking the Marginal Way, (the scenery is spectacular) & shopping in Ogunquit & Kennebunkport. It was an excellent choice for a family reunion!”
