”We had a great stay! The listing was as described. Everything was clean - the house, the pool, the hot tub. It was also equipped with things for children that we did utilize (stools in the bathroom to help them reach the sink, wagons to carry things to the beach, booster seat attached to dining chair). The location of the house is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute from a Harris Teeter if you need groceries ”

”We checked in Friday afternoon. The process was very smooth and aligned with the instructions we received. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances that we utilized all week. We cooked every meal as the kitchen was great for my bride l niece who is going into her second year of culinary in high school. The bedrooms and bathroom are exactly as pictured. The kids loved the pool table and other games. The view and access to the beach was chef's kiss. ”

”Absolutely perfect house and great price!!! 5 minutes walk to the beach, house is clean and three full bathrooms are big and perfect for a week long trip!!! The pool and grill were all awesome and we used them the whole week!! Supplies us with pool towels and bath towels and clean sheets for all the beds!!! Definitely recommend and would book again. ”

”Absolutely loved the location. Right on the intercoastal. Nothin but birds, cicadas, and the soft flow of the water. We ate outside in the enclosed porch and out by the water. This home is everything they say it is and then some. The Morris Farm was awesome, huge flea market type with outdoor seating shaded and non shaded with live music. I will stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!”

”We had a great time at this house and it's mostly remodeled. Kitchen is new. Main floor bath needs some updating but overall very nice property. Its located 2 blocks from the beach. There are no beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc), so be prepared to buy or rent if you need those for your stay.For management: the guests before us didnt take their trash out so we had to deal with the smell until our pick up date. Also, one of the pool drain covers is broken and you can cut yourself...
